Ոստիկանության մայորը պաշտոնեական կեղծիք է կատարել. ՀՔԾ

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության Բազումի բաժնի աշխատակից, ոստիկանության մայոր Նորայր Ճաղարյանը կատարել է պաշտոնեական կեղծիք: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվակ ան ծառայությունից, մասնավորապես, ոստիկանության աշխատակից Ն. Ճաղարյանը 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 14-ին տեղեկանալով, որ քաղաքացի Սիմոն Կ.-ն մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել է «Վանաձոր» բժշկական կենտրոն և գտնվում է անգիտակից վիճակում, առանց հիշյալ բժշկական կենտրոնում Սիմոն Կ.-ին այցելելու, կազմել է նրանից բացատրություն վերցնելու մասին պաշտոնեական փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող կեղծ դատավարական արձանագրություն:
Ն. Ճաղարյանն իր կողմից կազմված արձանագրության մեջ մտցրել է Սիմոն Կ.-ի կենսագրական տվյալները, ինչպես նաև կազմել է կեղծ բացատրության արձանագրություն, թե, իբր, Սիմոն Կ.-ն իրեն հայտնել է, որ գլխի շրջանում առկա վնասվածքը ստացել է ինքնազգացողության վատացման պատճառով` վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով: Կեղծ արձանագրության մեջ ոստիկանության աշխատակից Ն. Ճաղարյանն անձամբ է կատարել Սիմոն Կ.-ի անունից կատարված գրառումներն ու ստորագրությունները և դրանք կցել նախապատրաստված նյութերին, սակայն հետագայում պարզվել է, որ Սիմոն Կ.-ն գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է:< /p>
ՀՀ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության Բազումի բաժնի աշխատակից, ոստիկանության մայոր Նորայր Ճաղարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Ավարտվել է քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը և մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
