«Նուբարաշեն» հոգեբուժական կենտրոն ՓԲԸ-ում հիվանդները ստացիոնար բուժում են ստանում բացառապես անվճար: Tert.am- հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտարարեց բ/կ-ի տնօրեն Գագիկ Միրիջանյանը՝ հերքելով հոգեկան առողջության խնդիրներ ունեցողների շահերը ներկայացնող ՀԿ-ների ներկայացուցիչների՝ օրերս հրավիրված ասուլիսում հնչած հայտարարությունը:
Ըստ այդմ՝ «Նուբարաշենում» բուժվող հիվանդներին հայտարարվել է, որ կարգ է փոխվել, ըստ որի՝ ստացիոնար բուժում ստացողների հարազատները պետք է վճարեն 120 հազար դրամ, կամ` պետք է իրենց հիվանդներին տանեն տուն:
««Նուբարաշեն» հոգեբուժական կենտրոն ՓԲԸ ում գործել և գործելու են վճարովի ծառայություններ՝ առանձին հիվանդասենյակների և բժշկական ծառայությունների համար, որոնք ընդգրկված չեն պետպատվերի շրջանակներում: Ինչ վերաբերում է հիվանդի հարազատների բողոքներին՝ իմ գործունեության ընթացքում ոչ մի դժգոհություն չի գրանցվել»,-հայտնեց Գագիկ Միրիջանյանը:
Միրիջանյանը տեղեկացրեց նաև, որ հարազատների առաջարկությունների հիման վրա մշակվել է ծրագիր, որի շրջանակներում հիվանդները կամ նրանց հարազատները կկատարեն համապատասխան վճարումներ ոչ բժշկական ծառայությունների համար:
Գումարը վճարվելու է դրամարկղում և տրվելու է ՀԴՄ կտրոն: Հիվանդների հարազատների վերոնշյալ առաջարկությունների վերաբերյալ, նախ, կներկայացվի պատկան գերատեսչությունների կարծիքը, այնուհետև նոր ծրագիրը կլրամշակվի և դրան ընթացք կտրվի:
Ինչ վերաբերում է պնդումներին, թե տուն են ուղարկվում հատկապես ծանր հիվանդները, որոնց` ընտանիքներ վերադառնալը գուցե վտանգավոր լինի նրանց հարազատների ու հասարակության համար, ապա հոգեբուժարանի տնօրենը կարծիք հայտնեց, թե սխալ է մոտեցումը, թե հիվանդը, ելնելով իր պաթոլոգիայից, վտանգ է ներկայացնում հասարակության համար։ «Ի վերջո, առողջ մարդն էլ է ընդունակ վտանգավոր արարքների»,– նշեց նա:
