Շարմազանով. «ՌԴ–ի նոր վարկը միտված է ՀՀ անվտանգության ամրապնդմանը»

ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը ողջունում է ժամանակակից սպառազինություն ձեռք բերելու համար ՌԴ–ի կողմից Հայաստանին 100 միլիոն դոլար վարկ տրամադրելու վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիրը` ընդգծելով, որ դա միտված է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը:
«Արմենպրես»–ի հետ զրույցում Շարմազանովը նշել է, որ այդ համաձայնագիրը կնքվել է նույն պայմաններով, ինչ նախորդ՝ 200 միլիոն դոլարի վարկային համաձայնագիրն էր: «Այս համաձայնագրով ևս, ինչպես նախկինով, Հայաստանը հնարավորություն է ստանում արտոնյալ պայմաններով ժամանակակից զենք–զինամթերք ձեռք բերել Ռուսաստանից: Մենք Ռուսաստանից զենքը ձեռք ենք բերում ներքին գներով: Որևէ այլ երկիր ոչ միայն նման պայմաններով զենք ձեռք բերելու հնարավորություն չունի, այլև նույնիսկ մոտ չի այդ պայմաններին»,– ասել է ՀՀ ԱԺ փոխնախագահը:
Նա վստահեցրել է, որ այդ համաձայնագիրը ևս մեկ անգամ վկայում է հայ–ռուսական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների մասին` շեշտելով, որ 100 միլիոն դոլարի վարկային համաձայնագրով Հայաստանին արդիական սպառազինության նոր խմբաքանակ մատակարարելու մասին համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել երկու երկրների ղեկավարների մակարդակով:
