Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի եւ Բելառուսի Քննչական կոմիտեների նախագահներին, որոնք Հայաստան են եկել աշխատանքային այցով եւ Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի ղեկավար Աղվան Հովսեփյանի հետ պայմանավորվել են խորացնել գործակցությունը կոմիտեների միջեւ:

Սլավոնական եղբայրների այցը պատահական չէ այն իմաստով, որ բոլորովին վերջերս լինելով Հովսեփյանի գլխավորած գերատեսչությունում Սերժ Սարգսյանը այդքան էլ հաճելի անակնկալ չմատուցեց նրանց ՝ ըստ էության տողատակում քննադատության ենթարկելով քննչական կոմիտեի աշխատանքները: 

Եվ այդ քննադատությունից անմիջապես հետո Աղվան Հովսեփյանին օգնության են ժամանում իր ռուս կոլեգաները: Պետք է նաև նշել, որ վերջերս բավական լարվել են Վովա Գասպարյանի և Աղվան Հովսեփյանի հարաբերությունները, ինչի մասին դժվար չէ գլխի ընկնել մամուլում և սոցցանցերում միմյանց հանդեպ միջնորդավորված ու անուղղակի ակնարկների շղթայից:

Աղվան Հովսեփյանը Սարգսյանի կադրը չէ, նա ինքնուրույն է բարձրացել իշխանության սանդղակով: Ավելին ՝ բարձրացել է անկախությունից դեռ շատ առաջ: Եղել է Վանո Սիրադեղյանի գործով հիմնական դերակատարներից մեկը: Եվ այս իմաստով նրա ազդեցությունը չի սահմանափակվում միայն ապարանյան կլանով ու Հայաստանով: Նա այսպես ասած սովետական ու հետսովետական «զակալկայի» գործիչ է ու պատահական չէ, որ նրա կոլեգաները նրա համար այս ծանր, գերատեսչական քննադատության պահին գալիս են օգնության:
