 Ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի հանգեցրած գործոններից շատերը ոչ միայն առկա են, այլեւ էլ ավելի են սրվել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով «Ամերիկայի ձայն»-ը, Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների Կոնգրեսի Հելսինկյան Հանձնաժողովում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի շուրջ լսումներին այս մասին հայտարարել է Միջազգային ճգնաժամային խմբի ներկայացուցիչ Մագդալենա Գրոնոն: Նա նշել է, որ կողմերն այսօր չեն վստահում ոչ միմյանց, ոչ էլ՝ միջնորդական գործընթացին:

«Այսպես, Ադրբեջանը միջնորդներին կասկածում է ներկա ստատուս քվոն հավերժացնելու փորձի մեջ, իսկ հայկական կողմն այլեւս չի վստահում անվտանգության երաշխիքներին: Դրանից բացի, Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի, Պակիստանի եւ Իսրայելի զենքերի միջոցով հակամարտության տարածաշրջանում, առաջին հերթին Ադրբեջանի կողմից վարած քաղաքականությամբ էլ ավելի է աճել զենքի քանակն ու որակը: Արդյունքում, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի եւ Ադրբեջանի շփման գիծն աշխարհում առավել ռազմականացված գոտիներից է»,- նշել է  Մագդալենա Գրոնոն: Նրա խոսքով, տարածաշրջանում գործող մարդասիրական կազմակերպություններն այնքան են մտահոգված, որ այժմ հնարավոր պատերազմի դեպքում գործողությունների ծրագրեր են մշակում:

Լսումների մասնակիցներից ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբում ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին համանախագահ դեսպան Քերի Քեվինոն ընդգծել է, որ ռազմական գործողությունների հնարավորությունը նվազագույնի հասցնելու համար կողմերին անհրաժեշտ է կյանքի կոչել արդեն իսկ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները: Այն է` ավելացնել շփման գծում միջազգային դիտորդների թիվը եւ նրանց հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման միջադեպերի հետաքննության լիազորություններ տալ:

«Եթե կողմերն ի վիճակի չեն դրանք իրականացնել, միգուցե, մենք պետք է փոխարենն այլ ուժերի միջեւ համաձայնագրերի ստորագրմանը հասնենք: Օրինակ, Թուրքիան եւ Ռուսաստանը կարող են պարտավորվել չմիջամտել, եթե հակամարտությունը ռազմական գործողությունների վերածվի: Միացյալ Նահանգներն էլ կարող է Ռուսաստանի հետ հատուկ ծառայությունների տվյալներ փոխանակել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հրադադարի խախտումների վերաբերյալ»,-ասել  Քերի Քեվինոն:

Ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի ներկայացուցչի հարցին, թե դեսպանը դրանով հիվանդությունը բուժելու փոխարեն փորձում է վերացնել ախտանշանները, Քերի Քեվինոն պատասխանել է, որ ստեղծված պայմաններում դրան նույնպես պատրաստ է:

«Այո, մենք կվերացնենք ախտանշանները, քանի որ դրանք էլ ավելի են բարդացնում իրավիճակը, քանի որ մարդկային զոհերը դժվարացնում են դեպի կարգավորում ճանապարհը»,-հավելել է նա:

Մինսկի խմբի մեկ այլ նախկին համանախագահ, դեսպան Ջեյմս Ուորլիքն իր կողմից նշեց, որ չնայած լրատվամիջոցների հաղորդումներին, կողմերի դիրքորոշումներն իրականում բավականին մոտ են միմյանց:

«Կողմերը մի քանի անգամ գրեթե հասել են համաձայնության, եւ վերջին անգամ դա 2011 թվականին էր»,-ասել է Ջեյմս Ուորլիքը: Դեսպանի խոսքով, սեղանի վրա դրված առաջարկները, այդ թվում Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի շուրջ հանրաքվեն, անվտանգության միջազգային երաշխիքները, Հայաստանի եւ Ղարաբաղի միջեւ ցամաքային սահմանը եւ Ադրբեջանին շրջանների վերադարձը պետք է դիտարկվեն միայն որպես մեկ հավաքական պայմանագիր: Անկախ հակասություններից, բոլոր փորձագետները համաձայն են, որ նոր պատերազմ եւ նոր զոհեր պետք չեն եւ ոչ ոքի:
