Ձևական քարոզչության կիզակետում (լուսանկար)

Ավելի քան երկու շաբաթ առաջ ԿԸՀ-ն իր նիստում հաստատել էր դեկտեմբերի 6-ի նախատեսված հանրաքվեի անցկացման ժամանակացույցը. հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավի մեկնարկը տրվեց հոկտեմբերի 10-ին:
Մեկնարկից մինչև այս պահը ձևավորվել է «ո´չ»-ի առնվազն երեք ճակատ, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրը հայտարել է հանրահավաքներ հրավիրելու և քարոզարշավի շրջանակնում միջոցառումներ անցկացնելու մասին: Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների «այո´»-ի քարոզարշավին մասնակցելու մտադրություն են հայտնել ՀՀԿ-ն, ԲՀԿ-ն և ՀՅԴ-ն, սակայն դեռ շտաբ է կազմել և կազմը որոշել միայն ՀՀԿ-ին, իսկ ՀՅԴ-ի և ԲՀԿ-ի քարոզչական աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ հայտնի չեն:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ թեև քաղաքական ուժերն ամբիոնը բաց չեն թողնում իրենց դիրքորոշումները հայտնելու համար, ընդդիմադիր հատվածն անգամ սպառնում է ճնշում բանեցնել իշխող ՀՀԿ-ի նկատմամբ, սակայն փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ քարոզարշավը ձևական բնույթ է կրում թե՛ «դեմ», թե՛ «կողմ» ճամբարների համար:
Դրա մասին է վկայում այն, որ քարոզարշավը մեկնարկել է դեռ 16 օր առաջ, սակայն քաղաքի ամենամարդաշատ համարվող Մաշտոցի պողոտայում գտնվող Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների անվճար հայտարարությունների տախտակը փակցված օրվանից մինչև այսօր դատարկ է: Երևի «դեմ» և «կողմ» ճամբարները հարմար չեն գտել իրենց քարոզչական բուլկետները կամ պաստառները փակցնել տախտակին, այլ նախընտրել են իրենց տեսակետները հայտնել բերանացի, երբ ասուլիս հրավիրելու կամ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույց անցկացնելու հարմար առիթը կընձեռնվի, իսկ այն, որ քարոզարշավը ենթադրում է նաև բուկլետների տարածում, պաստառների փակցնում և քարոզչական լայնածավալ աշխատանք, երևի թե չեն կռահել:
