ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ապօրինի ծառահատումների և պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից թույլ տրված անփութության դեպքի առթիվ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Գլխավոր դատախազությունից, ՀՀ Ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության Դիլիջանի բաժնում նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության«Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ տնօրենի համապատասխան հրամանով ապրանքանյութական արժեքների հանձնում-ընդունում կատարելու նպատակով ստեղծված հանձնաժողովը բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք հանդիսացող«Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ «Հաղարծին» տեղամասի մասնաճյուղերի տարածքներում 2017թ. օգոստոսի 18-ից մինչև սեպտեմբերի 6-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացրած ստուգումների արդյունքում թվով 12 պահաբաժիններում հայտնաբերել է ապօրինի հատված 409 հատ տարբեր տեսակի և տրամաչափի թաց, կանգուն ծառ, որով պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի վնաս:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքում ծառերի ապօրինի հատումների և այդ տարածքների պահպանության համար պատասխանատու պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից իրենց ծառայության նկատմամբ թույլ տրված անփութության հանցակազմի հատկանիշներ՝ ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի և 315-րդ հոդվածի1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Նախաքննությունը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությանը: ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժին
