Քննարկվել են Երևանի «Կանաչ քաղաք» գործողությունների ծրագրի իրականացման մեխանիզմներն ու միջոցառումները

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կազմակերպված երկօրյա սեմինարի ընթացքում քննարկվել են Երևանի «Կանաչ քաղաք» գործողությունների ծրագրի արդյունավետ իրականացման մեխանիզմներն ու միջոցառումները: Ըստ այդմ, ծրագիրը մշակած «Էրնսթ ընդ Յանգ» ընկերության, գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների, միջազգային և տեղական փորձագետների կողմից ներկայացվել են շրջակա միջավայրի, տրանսպորտի, էներգախնայողության և էներգաարդյունավետության, արտաքին լուսավորության, արդյունաբերության, թափոնների կառավարման, հողօգտագործման ոլորտներում նախատեսված միջոցառումները, մարտահրավերները և միջազգային լավագույն փորձը:
Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ աշխատակազմի զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկին (ՎԶԵԲ)՝ Երևանի «Կանաչ քաղաք» գործողությունների ծրագրի մշակմանը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար: Վարչության պետը նշել է, որ «Կանաչ քաղաք» գործողությունների ծրագրում ներառված ոլորտային միջնաժամկետ միջոցառումներն արդեն իսկ ներկայացված են Երևանի զարգացման 2018-2022թթ. հնգամյա ծրագրի նախագծում, իսկ կարճաժամկետ միջոցառումները կներառվեն Երևանի զարգացման միամյա ծրագրերում: Տիգրան Սարգսյանը ծրագրի իրագործման հաջողությունը պայմանավորել է նաև բնակչության շրջանում իրազեկվածության մակարդակի բարձրացմամբ, ինչպես նաև կոնկրետ միջոցառումներին բնակիչների ակտիվ ներգրավվածությամբ:
Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի ներկայացուցիչ Ռուդիկ Թադևոսյանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ Երևանի համար մշակված այս ծրագիրը ՎԶԵԲ-ի «Կանաչ քաղաքներ» նախաձեռնության առաջին կիրառությունն է։ Նա բարձր է գնահատել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի կողմից ծրագրի մշակման համար անհրաժեշտ ելակետային տվյալների հավաքման, ուսումնասիրության ու մշակման ուղղությամբ կատարված աշխատանքները:
Նշենք նաև, որ Երևանի «Կանաչ քաղաք» գործողությունների ծրագրի վերջին՝ 4-րդ փուլում կիրականացվի մոնիթորինգ, կգնահատվեն արդեն իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքներն ու գրանցված առաջընթացը:
