Հրանտ Եղիազարյան. «15 երթուղու ընկերություն կամավոր հրաժարվել է Երևանում սպասարկում իրականացնել»

Հայաստանում միասնական երթուղային ցանց կներդրվի: Ըստ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության՝ գծատեր հասկացությունը կվերանա: Կլինի միասնական ցանց, և այն կսպասարկի կոնկրետ օպերատորը:
Միջմարզային և միջքաղաքային երթուղային ցանցի ներդրմամբ համայնքներից մարզկենտրոն, խոշոր քաղաքներ և Երևան արդյունավետ փոխադրումներ կիրականացվի:
Այսպիսով՝ ամեն մարզ պետք է ունենա մեկ միասնական օպերատոր և բոլոր համայնքները կապահովվեն տրանսպորտային սպասարկմամբ:
«Փոխադրողների միության» նախագահ Հրանտ Եղիազարյանը «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ միասնական ցանցի ներդրմամբ տրանսպորտի ոլորտում իսկական «ռէվոլյուցիա» կլինի: Նրա խոսքով՝ այն մայրաքաղաքի դեպքում ամենաօպտիմալ տարբերակն է:
«Վերջին երկու տարում 15 երթուղի կամավոր հրաժարվել է Երևանում սպասարկում իրականացնել, որովհետև շահավետ չեն աշխատում: Եթե լինի մեկ տարբերակ, մայրաքաղաքում կառավարումը կհեշտանա: Շահութաբեր կլինի աշխատանքը: Այսպիսի խոսք կա՝ մի քանի անհայտով հավասարում, այս դեպքում մենք ունենք մի քանի հայտնիով հավասարում»,– ասաց նա:
Հրանտ Եղիազարյանն ասաց, որ 2008 թվականից փոխադրումներ իրականացնող ընկերությունները շահույթով չեն աշխատում:
«Երևանում փոխադրումներ իրականացնողներն ինչո՞ւ են մեկը մյուսի հետևից կործանվում, ոչնչացվում, որովհետև ունենք մի երթուղի՝ մի ընկերություն: Ստիպված ծայրը– ծայրին հասցնելով են աշխատում: Չեն դադարեցնում աշխատանքը, քանի որ արդեն մեծ ներդրումներ են արել, չեն ուզում ահռելի կորուստներով դուրս գան, այսպես կամաց– կամաց գոյատևում են, որ ներդրումների գոնե մի մասը հանեն»,– նշեց նա:
Արդյո՞ք երթուղային միասնական ցանցի ներդրմամբ ոչ մի համայնք առանց տրանսպորտ չի մնա: «Փոխադրողների միության նախագահը» հարցին պատասխանելուց առաջ երկմտում է:
«Մարզերում այս ամենը մի քիչ բարդ է ու դժվար՝ այնտեղ տարբեր քաղաքներ են ու գյուղեր: Ով դիմում է մրցույթին նա կմտածի՝ ես ի՞նչ գնով շահագործեմ իմ երթուղին, որպեսզի սպասարկեմ այդ ոչ շահավետ համայնքները: Նրանք կվախենան շահագործել, որովհետև շատ համայնքներ եկամտաբեր չեն՝ ուղևորահոսքը քիչ է: Պետք է մրցույթները հայտարարելուց հստակ պահանջ լինի, որ հաղթողը պարտավորված լինի նաև դրանք սպասարկել: Պետք է միշտ հսկողություն լինի, որ տեսնեն՝ պահանջները կատարո՞ւմ են, թե՝ ոչ»,– նշեց նա:
Հրանտ Եղիազարյանի կարծիքով՝ այս ծրագրի ներդրման դեպքում, համայնքները մարզկենտրոններին կապող տրանսպորտի ուղեվճարները պետք է վերանայվի:
«Պետք է ամեն ինչ ուսումնասիրվի և ամեն երթուղու համար գին սահմանվի»,– կարևորեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
