ՇիրակիմարզիԿապսհամայնքիմիջնակարգդպրոցիուսուցիչներնուաշակերտներըերկարտարիներէ` աշխատումուսովորումենծանրպայմաններում: Դպրոցըշուտովփուլկգա։Շինությունըվթարայնության 4–րդաստիճանունի: Հատակը, տանիքը, պատերըքանդուքարափվիճակումեն։

«Անզեն աչքով էլ երևում է, որ դպրոցը շատ խնդիրներ ունի թե՛ շենքի ներսից, և թե՛ դրսից»,– Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ներկայացրեց դպրոցի տնօրեն Նելլի Խոջումյանը։

5 տարի դպրոցում սանհանգույց չի եղել, աշակերտներն օգտվել են բակում գտնվող զուգարանից։Այս խնդիրը, սակայն կարգավորվել է՝ գումարը մի կերպ են հայթայթել ՝ մի մասը դպրոցի բյուջեից, մյուս մասն էլ գյուղապետարանն է օգնության հասել։

Դասասենյակները երկրաշարժից հետո մինչև օրս ջեռուցվում են հեղուկ վառելիքով: Օրվա չափաբաժինը յուրաքանչյուր դասարանի համար 3,3 լիտր է: Աշխատում են դասարաններում ապահովել պահանջվող 18 աստիճան ջերմությունը, թեև շենքի հյուսիսային հատվածներում 16 աստիճանը չի գերազանցում: Արևային օրերին դասասենյակներում ջերմաստիճանը բարձրանում է մինչև 24 աստիճան: Պատուհաններն էլ մի քանի շերտ պոլիէթիլենային ծածկով փակել են, որ քամին չսողոսկի դասասենյակներ։ Կրթօջախում մասնակի վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ են կատարվել, սակայն, խնդիրը դրանով չի կարգավորվել:

«Դասասենյակների մի մասն այս տարի կջեռուցվեն էլեկտրական սալիկներով, բայց մասնակի վերանորոգման աշխատանքները խնդրի լուծում չէ, մենք ամեն պահի մտավախում ենք, որ հանկարծ շենքը փուլ չգա»,– ասաց Խոջումյանը: Անձրևների ժամանակ կաթում են բոլոր դասասենյակները: Տանիքի որոշ խիստ վնասված հատվածներ նախորդ տարի վերանորոգվել են:

Դպրոցի հարցը երկար ժամանակ քննարկվել է Շիրակի մարզպետարանում և տարբեր կառույցներում։ 2 տարի է՝ վերանորոգման հարցն ընդգրկված է մարզի քաղաքաշինության ծրագրում, բայց դեռ սայլը տեղից չի շարժվել: Անցած տարի քաղաքաշինության նախարարությունից հանձնաժողով է եկել ու ծանոթացել խնդրին՝ հիմնանորոգման տարբերակը բացառել են և նշել, որ նոր դպրոցի կառուցումն ավելի արդյունավետ է:

«27 տարի է` վթարային շենք է համարվում: Կարող են մի հարկանի ֆունկցիոնալ դպրոց կառուցել, ավելի ուրախ կլինենք: Հիմա խոստացել են ծրագիր մտցնել, բայց էս ամեն ինչը բանավոր խոսակցության մակարդակով է ու չգիտեմ՝ իրականում կլինի՞, թե չէ»,– նշեց տնօրենը։ Դպրոցական սեղան–աթոռները եևս թարմացման կարիք ունեն:

Կապսում լիահույս են, որ կարող է մի օր իրենց բաղձալի երազանքը կատարվի։

Այսօր 74 աշակերտները և ամբողջ աշխատակազմը շունչները պահած, սպասում են, թե երբ են շինարարները դպրոց այցելելու։
