Հաջորդ տարվանից համայնքներն իրենց նախաձեռնությամբ կկազմակերպեն շաբաթօրյակներ

Համայնքները 2018-ին ոչ թե համապետական շաբաթօրյակի շրջանակում, այլ սեփական ցանկությամբ և նախաձեռնությամբ կկազմակերպեն շաբաթօրյակներ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ համապետական երրորդ շաբաթօրյակի շրջանակում Արարատի մարզ կատարած այցի ընթացքում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը:
«Շաբաթօրյակները պետք է դառնան բնականոն գործընթացներ: Կարծում եմ՝ աստիճանաբար անցում ենք կատարելու մի վիճակի, երբ այլևս չենք հայտարարելու համապետական շաբաթօրյակի մասին, այլ համայքներում բնակիչներն իրենք են սկսելու այն»,-ասաց Լոքյանը:
Համապետական երրորդ շաբաթօրյակի շրջանակում մեծածավալ աշխատանքներ են իրականացվում շատ կառույցների ներգրավմամբ: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը Եռաբլուր պանթեոնում սկսել է ծառատնկման աշխատանքներ՝ կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգով: Բոլոր զորամասերի շրջանում ևս իրականացնում են ինտենսիվ մաքրում համայքների հետ միասին: «Հայանտառ»-ը մաքրման աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում Հայաստանի անտառային տարածքներում: ՀՀ բնապահպանության և տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարությունները ևս ակտիվ են այս գործընթացում: Մշտապես իրականացվում են ողջ երկրի մայրուղիների, հատկապես միջպետական մայրուղիների մաքրման աշխատանքները:
Նախարարն այս հարցում շատ կարևորեց նաև համայքների ղեկավարների դերակատարությունը, նշեց՝ տեսնում է աղբ թափելու ավելի կոշտ պայքար սկսելու անհրաժեշտություն: «Մեր կարևոր խնդիրը քարոզչության պակասն է, պատրաստվել են 10-ից ավելի հոլովակներ, ցուցապաստառներ: Քարոչություն ենք սկսել իրականացնել դպրոցներում: Սյունիքի մարզում Ասիական բանկի օժանդակությամբ իրականացվում են դասընթացներ: Եվ այն պետք է տարածում գտնի ողջ հանրապետությունում: Փորձում ենք առաջիկայում միջազգային կազմակերպություններից ֆինանսավորում ստանալ և ծախսել այն քարոզչության համար»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Նախարարությունը տարբեր համայքներից ստացել է առաջարկներ՝ ոչ թե սպասեն կառավարության հանձնարարակին, այլ իրենց ցանացած օրը կազմակերպեն շաբաթօրյակ:
