Աղբ թափողները խիստ կպատժվեն. Վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին օրենքն ուժի մեջ պետք է մտնի հունվարի 1-ից

Վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին օրենքը փորձագիտական եզրակացություն ստանալուց հետո հրատապ կերպով քննարկվելու է ՀՀ ազգային ժողովում այն հունվարի 1-ից կիրառելու համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ համապետական երրորդ շաբաթօրյակի շրջանակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը:
«Վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին օրենքի քննարկումների փուլն արդեն ավարտվել է նախարարություններում: Ներկայումս այն ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունում է՝ փորձագիտական եզրակացություն ստանալու համար: Դրանից հետո հրատապ օրենքների շարքով մտնելու է Ազգային ժողով, որպեսզի այն կիրառենք հունվարի մեկից»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Վարչական իրավախախտումների մասին ՀՀ օրենքով անթույլատրելի վայրում աղբ թափելու համար նախատեսում են կոշտ վարչական պատիժներ՝ սկսած 16 000 դրամից մինչ 1 մլն դրամ:
«Նախատեսել ենք նաև փոքր ֆինանսական աջակցություն համայնքներին՝ դժվար փակելի աղբավայրերը կոնսերվացնելու համար: Ներկայում 10 աղբավայր փակվում է Կոտայքի, 7-ը՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, որտեղ նախկինում մեծածավալ կուտակումներ են եղել»,-երզափակեց Լոքյանը:
