Երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, 1998թ. ծնված Արամ Սիրեկանի Խաչատրյանի մահվան՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի հասարակության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, զինծառայողը հրազենային վնասվածքն ստացել է 20.10.2017թ.՝ ժամը 12:40-ի սահմաններում, N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքում, աջ ուսագոտու շրջանում։  Զինհոսպիտալ տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին զինծառայողն ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքից մահացել է:

Մահացու հրազենային վնասվածք ստանալու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Ա.Խաչատրյանն սպանության զոհ է դարձել, պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը։

Սպանության կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է նույն զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, կրտսեր սերժանտը։ Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին, նախնական տվյալների համաձայն զենքի օգտագործման կանոնների խախտման հետևանքով, մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում են ստացել ՊԲ զինծառայողներ, 1998թ. ծնված Արամ Սիրեկանի Խաչատրյանը և 1997թ. ծնված Հրաչ Արարատի Ավետիսյանը:
