INTERVIEW
Երևանում գտնվող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ամերիկացի համանախագահ Ջեյմս Ուորլիքն այսօր հանդիպել է լրագրողների հետ: Համանախագահը կոչ է արել, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կողմերը չօգտագործեն նռնականետեր և ծանր սպառազինություն: Դիվանագետը փոխանցեց իր մտահոգությունները՝ պայմանավորված սահմանային բռնությունների քանակի աճով:
Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք- Շահնազարյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց. «Հասկանալի է, որ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները պետք է նման կոչերով հանդես գան: Ակնայտ է, որ այդ կոչերը հարցի լուծում չեն: Դրանք չեն կարող ազդել սահմանում ստեղծված վիճակի վրա»: Ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ այս հարցում ոչ թե կոչեր են պետք, այլ ավելի լուրջ մեխանիզմներ, որոնք կապահովեն խաղաղության մինիմալ պայմանները:
Ուորլիքը խոսել է նաև Սարգսյան-Ալիև հանդիպման անհրաժեշտության մասին: Անդրադառնալով այդ թեմային՝ Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանն ասաց. «Թերահավատ եմ, որ միջնորդներին կհաջովի նման հանդիպում կազմակերպել մինչև տարվա ավարտը: Հետաքրքիր է, որ նրանք այդքան շտապողականություն են ցուցաբերում: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, հանդիպումը միջնորդներին պետք է վիճակագրություն ապահովելու համար, որպեսզի չստացվի, որ 2015 թվականին որևէ հանդիպում չի եղել»:
Մեր զրուցակցի խոսքով՝ հնարավոր հանդիպման արդյունավետությունը նույնպես կասկածելի է: «Կողմերն այսօր այն վիճակում են, որ անիմաստ է դրական սպասելիքներ ունենալ»,- եզրափակեց խոսքը Հրանտ Մելիք-Շահնազարյանը:
