Զարգացնել գիտական տուրիզմը. Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանն աշխատում է զբոսաշրջային հոսքն ավելացնելու ուղղությամբ
SOCIETYՀայաստանը գիտական տուրիզմը զարգացնելու մեծ ներուժ ունի: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Վիկտոր Համբարձումյանի անվան Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանի տնօրեն Արեգ Միքայելյանը, ակտիվ քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում զբոսաշրջային հոսքը դեպի աստղադիտարան ավելացնելու համար:
«Արդեն Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի հետ հանդիպումներ են եղել: Քննարկումների առանցքում Հայաստանում գիտական տուրիզմը զարգացնելու հարցերն էին՝ դիտարկելով գիտական այցելավայրերը՝ ինստիտուտները, հնավայրերը, թանգարանները և այլն: Հայաստանը շատ հարուստ է իր գիտական ժառանգությամբ և ներկայիս ներուժով: Պետք է երկիրը լավ ներկայացնել որպես գիտական հարուստ ժառանգություն և գիտական մեծ ներուժ ունեցող տերություն»,-ասաց Արեգ Միքայելյանը: Նա այդ համատեքստում կարևոր օղակ համարեց Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանը, որը կարող է հետաքրքիր լինել զբոսաշրջիկների համար:
«Եթե դիտարկենք տարբեր երկրների գիտական վայրերը, ապա փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ դրանցից ամենաշատը զբոսաշրջիկները նախընտրում են աստղադիտարանները: Կան մեծ գրավչություն ունեցող երկրներ, որտեղ աստղադիտարանները զբոսաշրջիկների հետաքրքրությունների առանցքում են: Հիմա նույնը մենք կարող ենք մեզ մոտ կազմակերպել»,-ասաց նա:
Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանն արդեն սկսել է զբոսաշրջային ընկերությունների հետ աշխատել, փորձում են համատեղ փաթեթներ մշակել: Կազմակերպվել են զբոսաշրջային ընկերությունների այցելություններ աստղադիտարան՝ հասկանալու հնարավորությունները: Արեգ Միքայելյանը նշեց, որ տուրիստական ընկերություններն էլ իրենց մասնագիտական խորհուրդներն էին տալիս պայմանների ստեղծման, ենթակառուցվածքների ապահովման տեսանկյունից:
Բյուրականի աստղադիտարան այսօր էլ զբոսաշրջիկներ այցելում են, սակայն այդ այցելությունները կազմակերպված չեն:
«Այդ ամենը լավ կազմակերպված չէ, ինքնահոս է: Վստահ եմ՝ կազմակերպելու դեպքում կարող ենք այցելությունների թիվը մի քանի անգամ ավելացնել: Դրանով կնպաստենք զբոսաշրջիկների շրջանում Հայաստանի գիտական ժառանգության, գիտական ներուժի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրության մեծացմանը, այն ճանաչելի դարձնելուն»,-ասաց նա:
Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանը տարեկան ունենում է 10 հազարից ավելի այցելություն, սակայն այցելուները հիմնականում հայաստանյան կրթական հաստատություններից են: Զբոսաշրջային այցելությունն այդ թվում քիչ տոկոս է կազմում: Այցելող զբոսաշրջիկները ԱՄՆ-ից են, Ռուսաստանից, Իրանից, Վրաստանից, Ուկրաինայից և այլն: Այժմ աշխատանք է տարվում տուրիստական ընկերությունների փաթեթներում Բյուրականի աստղադիտարանը ներառելու ուղղությամբ:
