Թբիլիսիի քաղաքապետ է ընտրվել Միլանի նախկին ֆուտբոլիստ Կախա Կալաձեն, որը մինչև վերջերս բավականին բարձր պաշտոն էր զբաղեցնում վրացական կառավարությունում: Կալաձեից բացի, Վրացական երազանքի թեկնածուները հաղթել են բոլոր ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում: Ընդդիմությունը չի կարողացել տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններում իշխանություն վերցնել:
Արդեն իսկ արևմտյան կազմակերպությունները մտահոգություններ են հայտնում առ այն, որ խորհրդարանական դեմոկրատիայի քողի ներքո, Վրաստանում ստեղծվում է մի համակարգ, երբ իշխանության բոլոր լծակները կենտրոնանում են մեկ ուժի ձեռքերում: Այս իմաստով, իրավիճակը հիշեցնում է հայաստանյանին: Նաև այն տրամաբանությամբ, որ Վրաստանում իշխանության փաստացի կենտրոն հանդիսանում է ստվերում գտնվող Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլին:
Հայաստանում այժմ ստեղծվել է մի իրավիճակ, երբ քաղաքական համակարգը տնարսֆորմացվում է, և այդ գործընթացում կարևոր է դառնում Սերժ Սարգսյանի դերակատարման հստակեցումը: Մի քանի տարի առաջ Հայաստանում ման էին գալիս տեղական Իվանիշվիլիի: Հիմա կարող ենք ասել, որ հայաստանյան Իվանիշվիլին գտնվել է և նա Սերժ Սարգսյանն է, ով ևս ձգտում է պառլամենտական համակարգի քողի տակ միանձնյա կառավարել երկիրը, թեկուզև որևէ ֆորմալ լծակ չունենալով դրա համար:
