Մահացել է Երանոսի գյուղապետ Ապետնակ Մովսեսյանը

Երկարատեւ եւ ծանր հիվանդությունից հետո վախճանվել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Երանոսի գյուղապետ Ապետնակ Մովսեսյանը, ով վերջերս հրաժարական էր ներկայացրել առողջական վիճակի պատճառով: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երանոսի գյուղապետարանի աշխատակազմից, Ապետնակ Մովսեսյանը Երանոս համայնքը ղեկավարում էր 2012 թվականի վերջերից՝ նույն պաշտոնում ընտրվելով երկու անգամ:
Նրա պաշտոնավարման օրոք Երանոսում կառուցվել են խմելու եւ ոռոգման ջրատարներ, ասֆալտապատվել գլխավոր ու երկրորդական նշանակության փողոցներ, 2 էլեկտրական ենթակայան, գյուղի քարաշեն մուտքը, վերակառուցվել եւ ավելացվել է համայնքի գիշերային լուսավորության ցանցը:Համայնքի արոտավայրերի ջրարբիացման ծրագրի շրջանակներում տեղադրվել են ջրարբիացման 2 խմոցներ, ձեռք է բերվել 1 տրակտոր՝ իրեն ամրացված խոտհնձիչով, 2 հատ ձեռքի խոտհնձիչ, համայնքի տարբեր թաղամասերում ձորակների վրա կառուցվել են 4 հեղեղատարներ, հիմնովին կառուցվել է «Երկար գործեր» կոչվող թաղամասը մայրուղուն կապող շուրջ մեկ կիլոմետր երկարությամբ ճանապարհը: 2014 թվականին Երանոս համայնքի ղեկավար Ապետնակ Մովսեսյանը Համազգային վստահության խորհրդի կողմից արժանացել է «Լավագույն համայնքի ղեկավար» անվանակոչմանը:
«Ապետնակ Ալբերտի Մովսեսյանը ծնվել 1969 թվականին, ՀԽՍՀ Մարտունու շրջանի Երանոս գյուղում: Ավարտել է Երանոսի թիվ 1 միջնակարգ դպրոցը: Ապետնակ Մովսեսյանը, իրոք, շատ բան է արել Երանոսի շենացման ու բարեկարգման համար: Աչքի էր ընկնում աշխատանքային անսպառ եռանդով, կազմակերպչական ունակություններով, համայնքի յուրաքանչյուր բնակչի հանդեպ լցված էր մեծ սիրով ու սրտացավությամբ, ձգտում էր ամեն կերպ լուծում տալ համայնքի առջեւ ծառացած խնդիրներին, ինչի համար էլ ոչ միայն ջանք չէր խնայում, այլ նաեւ՝ որոշ դեպքերում ներդրումներ էր կատարում իր անձնական միջոցներից: Նրա նախաձեռնությամբ հիմնադրված «Երանոս» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի միջոցները ամանենայն արդյունավետությամբ ծառայեցվել են համայնքի առջեւ ծառացած հիմնախնդիրների լուծմանը:
Եվ պատահական չէ, որ Ապետնակ Մովսեսյանի համար սգում է ողջ համայնքը, արտերկրում բնակվող բոլոր երանոսցիները: Աջակցություն էր ցուցաբերում Հայոց բանակին, բազմաթիվ կարիքավոր մարդկանց: Համոզված ենք, որ նրա գործը հավերժ կապրի սերունդների հիշողության մեջ»,-նշեց Երանոսի գյուղապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Սաշա Բավեյանը:
