Զինծառայող Արամ Խաչատրյանի մահվան գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել կրտսեր սերժանտին

Երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Արամ Խաչատրյանի մահվան դեպքի հանգամանքները, փաստական տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել՝ այլ հանցավոր դրսևորումների վերաբերյալ: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել կրտսեր սերժանտին:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ զինծառայողը հրազենային վնասվածքն ստացել է 2017թ. հոկտեմբերի 20-ին՝ ժամը 12:40-ի սահմաններում, N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքում, աջ ուսագոտու շրջանում։ Զինհոսպիտալ տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին վերջինս ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքից մահացել է:
Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Ա.Խաչատրյանը կյանքի համար վտանգավոր հրազենային վնասվածքներն ստացել է իր ուղղությամբ դիտավորյալ արձակված կրակոցների հետևանքով:
Բացի այդ, քննությամբ պարզվել են կրտսեր սերժանտի կողմից կատարված հանցավոր այլ դրսեւորումների՝ ծառայակիցներին վիրավորելու դեպքեր, պարզվել դրանց շարժառիթը։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ կրտսեր սերժանտին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 10-րդ կետով՝ խուլիգանական դրդումներով դիտավորյալ սպանության և 360-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (երկու դրվագ)՝ զինծառայողին վիրավորանք հասցնելու համար։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
