Սարգսյանի հավատարիմ բանակը

Ոստիկանության կոլեգիայի նիստում Սերժ Սարգսյանի բավական ծավալուն ելույթը մի շարք մտորումների տեղիք է տալիս: Հիշենք, որ բոլորովին վերջերս Սերժ Սարգսյանը ելույթով հանդե էր եկել Քննչական կոմիտեյում՝ քննադատությունների տարափ հնչեցնելով Աղվան Հովսեփյանի գլխավորած կառույցի հասցեին:Հովսեփյանն այդ ամենին պատասխանել էր իր ռուս ու բելառուս գործընկերներին Հայաստան հրավիրելով:
Ոստիկանությունում ևս հնչեցին քննադատական մտքեր, երբեմն այնպիսին, որ նույնիսկ Վովա Գասպարյանն էր նստած տեղից զարմացած հայացք ընդունում: Սարգսյանը ցույց էր տալիս, որ տեղյակ է օպերատիվ իրավիճակին: Ամեն դեպքում, ոստիկանության հասցեին հնչեցվող հիմնական քննադատությունն առավելապես վերաբերում էր հանրային ընկալումներին:
Պատահական չէ, որ Սարգսյանը կրկնեց մինչ այդ ուրիշ առիթով Վովա Գասպարյանի հնչեցրած այն միտքը, որ ոստիկանությունն իր վրա նաև սոցիալական գործառույթներ է վերցնում: Խոսքը սոցիալական դժգոհության ալիքները ի սզբանե մարելու մասին է: Ի սկզբանե, որովհետև վերջում երբ դրանք վեր են ածվում սոցիալական դժգոհության փողոցային դրսևորման, վատամարդի դերում հայտնվում է ոստիկանությունը:
