ՀՀ և ՌԴ դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները տարեցտարի զարգանում են. վարչապետներն ամփոփեցին բանակցությունների արդյունքները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևի հետ բանակցությունների արդյունքներով հանդես է եկել ԶԼՄ-ների համար հայտարարությամբ: «Առաջին հերթին մենք ամփոփեցինք վերջին ժամանակներս իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքները: Արձանագրել ենք, որ մեր երկրների դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները տարեցտարի դինամիկ կերպով զարգանում են, մենք աճ ենք արձանագրել նաև թվերում և միաժամանակ ընդգծել ենք, որ մենք ունենք աճի մեծ հնարավորություններ: Քննարկել ենք համատեղ և ներդրումային և այլ ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավորությունները՝ համագործակցության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ: Այսօր ստորագրվել են փաստաթղթեր, որոնք միանշանակ կնպաստեն մեր համագործակցության հետագա զարգացմանն ու ամրապնդմանը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Կարապետյանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետը հավելեց, որ երկկողմ տնտեսական փոխգործակցության բոլոր գործընթացներում ընդգծել են տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի կարևոր դերը և փաստել վերջին ժամանակներս շատ հաճախակի և պարբերական ու կառուցողական հանդիպումներ միջգերատեսչական և հորիզոնական մակարդակում, ինչը լրացուցիչ խթան և արագություն է հաղորդում, որպեսզի այն միջոցառումները, որոնք կան՝ արագ կյանքի կոչվեն: «Ավարտելով խոսքս, ցանկանում եմ արձանագրել, որ մենք գոհ ենք կատարված աշխատանքից, և նաև ցանկանում եմ ընդգծել, որ մեր բանակցություններն ինչպես միշտ եղել են շատ կառուցողական, հագեցած և բարեկամական»,- եզրափակեց Կարեն Կարապետյանը:
ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդևն ընդգծեց, որ իրենք համոզվեցին, որ բոլոր ուղղություններով կապերը զարգանում են:
«Ի դեպ, այժմ մեր երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների 25-ամյակն է, իսկ մեր հարաբերությունների պատմության մասին ես չեմ խոսի, քանի որ դրանք ավելի երկար ժամանակահատված են ներկայացնում: Ռուսաստանը մնում է Հայաստանի արտաքին տնտեսական առաջատար գործընկերը, երկկողմ առևտրաշրջանառությունն աճում է, և 2016 թվականին, և 2017 թվականին և աճում է բավականին լավ տեմպերով, մենք այդ մասին արդեն ասել ենք: Մեր համատեղ բոլոր ձեռնարկությունները աշխատում են բոլոր ոլորտներում՝ դա և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաներն են, և էներգետիկան, և շինարարությունը, և հեռահաղորդակցությունը»,- ասեց ՌԴ վարչապետը: Նա հավելեց, որ իրենք ուրվագծել են ապագայի ծրագրերը, թե ինչով կարելի է զբաղվել մոտակա տարիներին: Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ համագործակցությունը հումանիտար ոլորտում ևս զարգանում է:
«Մենք պատրաստվում ենք Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի մշակույթի օրերին անցկացմանը, որոնք տեղի կունենան նոյեմբերին: Հույս ունեմ, որ հումանիտար ոլորտում մի շարք նոր ծրագրեր ևս կիրականացվեն»,- եզրափակեց ՌԴ վարչապետը:
