ԱՀ պետնախարարը մեքսիկացի խորհրդարանականների հետ քննարկել է համագործակցության խորացման հնարավորությունները

Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հոկտեմբերի 24-ին ընդունել է Մեքսիկական Միացյալ Նահանգների Պատգամավորների պալատի Մեքսիկա-Հայաստան բարեկամության խմբի անդամներ Բլանկա Մարգարիտա Կուատա Դոմինգեսին, Մարիա Կրիստինա Տերեսա Գարսիա Բրավոյին, Կարլոս Էրնանդես Միրոյին՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովի ուղեկցությամբ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ողջունել է մեքսիկական խորհրդարանականների այցը՝ շեշտադրելով, որ եթե Մեքսիկան ժամանակին պայքարել է ազատության ու անկախության համար, ապա հիմա Արցախն է այդ ճանապարհն անցնում: «Ուրախ ենք ձեզ հյուրընկալել Արցախում, որն արժեքային նմանություններ ունի Մեքսիկայի հետ: Հուսով եմ, որ այսպիսի հանդիպումներն էական ազդեցություն կունենան մեր փոխգործակցության խորացման և Մեքսիկայի կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության ճանաչման վրա: Կարծում եմ՝ ձեր այցը կարող է հիմք դառնալ ոչ միայն քաղաքական, այլ նաև տնտեսական և այլ ոլորտներում արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար, որտեղ իր կարևոր դերակատարումն ունի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը»,- նշել է Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:

Հանդիպմանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը, հանդես գալով փոխադարձ ծանոթացման խոսքով, նշել է, որ ՀՀ-ն շահագրգռված է Մեքսիկայի և Արցախի միջև բոլոր ուղղություններով երկկողմ հարաբերությունների ձևավորման և զարգացման գործում:

Մեքսիկացի խորհրդարանականները շնորհակալություն են հայտնել Արայիկ Հարությունյանին ջերմ ընդունելության համար և նշել, որ տպավորված են Արցախի տնտեսական զարգացման ցուցանիշներով: «Կարծում եմ՝ նման հաջողության հասնելու հիմնական գրավականը եղել է արդյունավետ կառավարումը, որն օգնում է ձեզ հաղթահարել հակամարտության առաջացրած խոչընդոտները: Այնինչ շատ երկրներ կան, որոնք չեն առերեսվում հակամարտությունների, ունեն մեծ ռեսուրսներ և աշխարհագրական բարենպաստ դիրք, սակայն հեռու են այդպիսի տպավորիչ տնտեսական ցուցանիշներից: Դուք հավակնում եք դառնալ եվրոպական փոքրիկ և տնտեսապես զարգացած պետություն»,- ասել է Բլանկա Դոմինգեսը:

Կարլոս Միրոն իր հերթին նշել է, որ իրենց պատվիրակությունը Հայաստանի ու Արցախի ձայնը տանելու է Մեքսիկայի կոնգրես՝ ներկայացնելու Արցախի ժողովրդի պայքարի մասին, ինչպես նաև՝ ձեռնամուխ լինելու բազմակողմանի համագործակցության ձևավորմանը և խորացմանը:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը հանդիպման վերջում պատասխանել է հյուրերին հետաքրքրող հարցերին՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ նման փոխշփումները պարբերական բնույթ կկրեն՝ շոշափելի արդյունքներ ապահովելով երկու կողմերի համար:
