Լոռիում տեղի ունեցած սպանության փորձի գործով հայտարարվել է հետախուզում

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են Ալավերդի քաղաքի բնակչի նկատմամբ հոկտեմբերի 11-ին տեղի ունեցած սպանության փորձի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը և միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում նրան հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ Անտոնյանը 2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 20:10-ի սահմաններում, իր ծանոթի հետ վերջինիս ավտոմեքենայով Ալավերդի քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցով երթևեկելիս տեսել է նույն մարզի բնակիչ Վ. Աբգարյանին պատկանող «Համեր» մակնիշի, «91 OT 999» պետհամարանիշի և նրա ընկերոջ` Ա. Մնացականյանին պատկանող «Նիսան Տիանա 280 JK» մակնիշի «92 NM 999» համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով, Անտոնյանը հետապնդել է նրանց, ապա, հասնելով Ալավերդի-Թբիլիսի ավտոճանապարհի 16-րդ կիլոմետրի հատվածին` Ախթալա քաղաքի կամջրի վրա, նախապես իր հետ վերցրած ինքնաձիգից, սպանելու դիտավորությամբ, շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով, հանդիպակաց ուղղությունից բազմաթիվ կրակոցներ է արձակել ընթացքի մեջ գտնվող նշված երկու ավտոմեքենաների վրա, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցրել. «Համեր» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան եղել է զրահապատ, իսկ «Նիսան Տիանա 280 JK» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան թաքնվել է «Համեր»-ի հետնամասում:
2015 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 20-ին որոշում է կայացվել Անտոնյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ կետերով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին: Նույն օրը նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը և հայտարարվել հետախուզում:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին՝ ձեռնարկել անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ հետախուզվողին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու համար։
