ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ պարզելու հագուստի խանութից քաղաքացու բջջային հեռախոսը հափշտակած անձի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. սեպտեմբերի 27-ին՝ ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, Երևանում գործող հագուստի խանութներից մեկից գաղտնի հափշտակել է քաղաքացու «ՀՏՍ» տեսակի բջջային հեռախոսը:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ստացվել են հագուստի խանութի անվտանգության տեսախցիկների՝ տվյալ օրվա տեսագրությունները, ենթարկվել զննության: Տեսանյութի մեջ երեւում է, թե ինչպես է երիտասարդ մի կին վերցնում հագուստների մոտ դրված հեռախոսը եւ հեռանում։
Քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու նպատակով միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ տեսանյութում պատկերված կնոջը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
