Վանաձորում երիտասարդի սպանության համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի

ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է Վանաձորի բնակիչ Հարություն Աղաջանյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երկու անձի։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
1995 թ. ծնված Հարություն Աղաջանյանի դին հայտնաբերվել է 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ին` ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, Վանաձոր քաղաքի Երևանյան խճուղի 88 հասցեում գտնվող ավտոտեխսպասարկման կայանի մոտ` ծակած-կտրած վերքերով:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, ապացույցներ ձեռք բերվել, որ երիտասարդին դանակի գործադրմամբ հարվածներ են հասցրել երկու հոգի, պարզվել նրանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր հանդիսանում են 20 և 23-ամյա երիտասարդներ:
Նախնական քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ նոյեմբերի 20-ին՝ ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում, երիտասարդները ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետին հարակից տարածքում վիճաբանել են Հարություն Աղաջանյանի հետ և դանակներով հարվածներ հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի ծակած-կտրած մարմնական վնասվածքներ և դիմել փախուստի:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ երկու երիտասարդներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
