ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված ակտիվ  քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում  պարզվել են «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ»-ի տարածքում պահնորդական ծառայություն իրականացնող ընկերության անշարժ հենակետ հանդիսացող վագոն-տնակը հրկիզած անձանց ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 13-ին՝ ժամը 20:50-ի սահմաններում, մի խումբ անձինք հարձակվել են «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Շամախյան տեղամասում «Պանտերա  սիքյուրիթի» ՍՊ ընկերության պահնորդական ծառայություն իրականացնող երկու աշխատակիցների վրա, հրկիզել ընկերության հսկիչ անցագրային հենակետ հանդիսացող վագոն-տնակը և դիմել փախուստի:

Կատարված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ հրկիզմանն անմիջական մասնակցություն է ունեցել երկու անձ, պարզվել է նրանց ինքնությունը, որոնցից մեկն այսօր ձերբակալվել է՝ հրկիզելու եղանակով ուրիշի գույքը դիտավորյալ ոչնչացնելու կասկածանքով, իսկ մյուսին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներայացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին։

Բացի այդ, ևս մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված արարք կատարելու կասկածանքով (խուլիգանություն, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կամ կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից): Եվս մեկին հոկտեմբերի 19-ին էր մեղադրանք առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ  քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Քննություն է տարվում՝ դեպքին մասնակից բոլոր անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու  ուղղությամբ։ 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
