ՀՀ կառավարությունը վավերացրեց ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային օրենսգրքի պայմանագիրը

ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մաքսային օրենսգրքի մասին» պայմանագիրը վավերացնելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի նախագծին: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ ՝ վերոնշյալ պայմանագիրը ստորագրվել է 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 26-ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ քաղաքում: Այն հանդիսանում է միջպետական պայմանագիր, որի կողմերն են հանդիսանում Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունները:
Պայմանագիրը նախատեսում է կարգավորել ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություններ երրորդ` ԵԱՏՄ անդամ չհանդիսացող պետություններից ապրանքների ներմուծման և նշված պետություններ ապրանքների արտահանման հետ կապված մաքսային գրեթե բոլոր իրավահարաբերությունները` բացառությամբ այն իրավահարաբերությունների, որոնք նույն պայմանագրի համաձայն նախատեսվում է վերապահել ԵԱՏՄ երկրների ազգային օրենսդրությանը: Պայմանագրում նաև տեղայնացվել են ներկայումս գործող առանձին մաքսային իրավահարաբերություններ կարգավորող միջազգային պայմանագրերի և Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի որոշումների դրույթներ` դարձնելով այն մաքսային իրավահարաբերությունները կարգավորող հիմնական և համապարփակ միջազգային պայմանագիր:
Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մաքսային ընդունման հիմնական նպատակը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում միասնական մաքսային կարգավորման ապահովումն է:
