Հարյուրից ավելի փոքրիկներ զրկված են մանկապարտեզից

Արմավիրի մարզի Արևիկ համայնքում հարյուրից ավելի փոքրիկներ մանկապարտեզ հաճախելուց զրկված են: Գործել է մինչև 1997 թվականը, այժմ մանկապարտեզի շենքում մի քանի մարդ է ժամանակավոր բնակվում: Համայնքի կենտրոնական փողոցում գտնվող նախկին մանկապարտեզի շենքն այսօր կիսաքանդ է: Մի քանի ընտանիքներ, ովքեր բնակվելու կացարան չեն ունեցել, տեղավորվել են այդ շենքում։ Որոշ ժամանակ բնակվելուց հետո սկսել են դռներն ու պատուհանները, հատակի փայտերը վառել, որպեսզի ձմռանը չսառչեն: Փոքրիկներ ունեցող ընտանիքները «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում մանկապարտեզ ունենալն անհրաժեշտություն են համարում:
«Մենք դաշտերում աշխատանքի ենք գնում, բայց երեխաներին պահող չկա: Դրա համար էլ շատ հաճախ հողամասում չենք կարողանում աշխատել: Եթե մանկապարտեզ լիներ, մեր էրեխեքին տանեինք, գործ կանեինք»,– սրտնեղեցին նրանք:
Այստեղ մանուկները լիարժեք մանկություն ունենալու հնարավորություն չունեն: Մանկական հրապարակ էլ չունեն:
«Ամբողջ օրը փոշու ու կեղտի մեջ են խաղում: Մանկապարտեզը նաև երեխաներին կզարգացներ»,–ասաց Արևիկի բնակչուհին:
Սեփական միջոցներով մանկապարտեզ ունենալն այստեղ թանկ հաճույք են համարում: Համայնքի ղեկավար Գառնիկ Ծատուրյանը մանկապարտեզի կառուցումը համայնքապետարանի հնարավորություններից վեր է համարում, սակայն, ընդգրկում է քառամյա ծրագրերում որպես հիմնախնդիր:
«Շատերը երեխաներին դժվարությամբ կողքի համայնքներն են տանում, մյուսները՝ նույնիսկ այդ հնարավորությունն էլ չունեն: Մեր ծրագրում միշտ նախատեսված է մանկապարտեզի կառուցումը, որովհետև մեծ գյուղ է ու մանկապարտեզ է պետք»,– կարևորեց նա:
Ծատուրյանը նաև պատմեց, որ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը խոստացել էր մանկապարտեզ կառուցել:
«Ասաց՝ նախահաշվարկ արեք, տեսնենք՝ ինչ է լինում, հաշվարկեցինք, բայց վարչապետը հրաժարական տվեց ու ծրագիրն այդպես էլ մնաց»,– տեղեկացրեց համայնքի ղեկավարը:
Մոտ 300 միլիոն դրամ կարժենա մանկապարտեզի կառուցումը: Սեփական միջոցներով այդքան ծախսի տակ մտնել չենք կարող: Համայնքի ղեկավարն ասաց, որ կարող են միայն մասամբ ֆինանսավորել:
Գյուղացիներն այսօր իրենց խնդիրը կառավարության ուշադրությանն են հրավիրում:
Նրանց խոսքով՝ իրենց գյուղում վերջին տարիներին ոչ մի բարեկարգում չի կատարվում, եղածն էլ քանդվում է: Ըստ գյուղացիների՝ Արևիկը «մահանում» է, քանի որ ուշադրություն դարձնող չկա:
