ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը հյուրընկալել է ԵԽ Գլխավոր քարտուղարության պատվիրակությանը

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Դավիթ Մելքոնյանը հոկտեմբերի 26-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի նախարարների կոմիտեի կողմից ԵԽ-ին անդամակցությամբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման ընթացքի վերահսկման գործընթացի շրջանակներում Հայաստանում գտնվող ԵԽ քաղաքական տնօրինության ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Գեսելի գլխավորած՝ ԵԽ Գլխավոր քարտուղարության պատվիրակությանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից՝ հանդիպման ընթացքում պատվիրակության անդամներին հանգամանալից ներկայացվել են Հայաստանի ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման ուղղությամբ դատախազության կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումները, այդ թվում՝ ուղղված խոշտանգումների կանխարգելման և քննության, անձի ազատության, անձնական անձեռնմխելիության ապահովման և արդար դատաքննության կոնվենցիոնալ իրավունքի վերաբերյալ Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի ձևավորած չափանիշների ներդրմանն ու կենսագործմանը:
Երկուստեք կարևորվել է քրեական դատավարության նոր օրենսգրքի նախագծի ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ որը հնարավորություն կտա քրեական գործերով վարույթի ընթացքում էլ ավելի ընդլայնել ապացուցման գործընթացին կողմերի հավասար մասնակցության հնարավորությունը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում ներկայացվել են նաև առանձին ոլորտներում դատախազության գործունեության արդյունավետության բարձրացման մասին վկայող վիճակագրական տվյալներ:
Ալեքսանդր Գեսելը գոհունակություն է հայտնել ստանձնած հանձնառությունների կատարման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ պատկան մարմինների ցուցաբերած հետևողականության կապակցությամբ և կարևորել այդ ուղղությամբ կատարվող աշխատանքների շարունակականության անհրաժեշտությունը:
Հանդիպմանը, որին մասնակցում էին նաև ԵԽ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Նատալիա Վուտովան և ԵԽ-ում Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Պարույր Հովհաննիսյանը, քննարկվել են նաև փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող այլ հարցեր:
