ԵԼՔ-ը պատասխանեց Սարգսյանին. ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց աղմկահարույց նախագիծը

ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովի այսօրվա նիստը մեկնարկեց 18 տարի առաջ խորհրդարանում տեղի ունեցած ոճրագործության զոհերի հիշատակը մեկ րոպե հարգելով:
Ապա ԱԺ նախագահի առաջարկությամբ քվեարկության դրվեց նախորդ նիստում քննարկված նախագծերը:
ՀՀ Ազգային Ժողովն այսօր ձայների 89 կողմ, 9 դեմ հարաբերակցությամբ առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը:
Մինչ քվեարկությունը վարման կարգով ելույթ ունեցան ԵԼՔ խմբակցության պատգամավորները, ովքեր պատասխանեցին երեկվա Վիգեն Սարգսյանի՝ նրանց հասցեին ուղղված քննադատություններին:
Մասնավորապես ԵԼՔ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանը նշեց, որ Պաշտպանության նախարարը երեկ իրեն հարց է ուղղել, թե ինչպես է ծառայությունըւ համատեղել ուսման հետ եւ քննություններ հանձնել: Մարուքյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով արձակուրդ է ունեցել, որի ժամանակ էլ հանձնել է քննություններ, ինչ վերաբերում է իրեն վերին արտի ցորեն տեղ դնելու՝ Սարգսյանի պիտակավորմանը, ապա Մարուքյանը նշեց, որ եթե ինքը լիներ վերին արտի ցորենը, ապա չէր ծառայի Սոյուղում, Հաջի Բաջում, Գեղիգարթում եւ Ծիրանիձորում: «Հույսով եմ՝դրանց տեղը գիտեք» ,- ասաց Մարուքյանը:
Խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մանե Թանդիլյանն էլ նկատեց, որ Վիգեն Սարգսյանը նենգափոխել է իր խոսքերը եւ իրենց կողմից ներկայացված փաստարկները տեղափոխել էմոցիոնալ անձնական դաշտ:
ԵԼՔ խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշիւնյանն էլ ասաց, որ ի հեճուկս ՊՆ-ի ներկայացրած փաստարկների, իրենք գտնում են, որ այս նախագիծը իր թեւերն է փռում «պճեղի մինինգիտով» բանակից ազատվողների վրա, եւ այս պրակտիկան առաջիկայում ավելի է խորանալու:
Իսկ պատգամավոր Արարատ Միրզոյանն էլ ասաց, որ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունից պատվոգիր է ստացել, որովհետեւ նախորդ տարի ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ մեկնել է առաջագիծ եւ մասնակցել սահմանի պաշտպանությանը՝ կատարելով ինժեներական աշխատանքներ:
