Հայաստանը գոյություն ունի՝ ըստ աշխարհաքաղաքական անհրաժեշտության

«168 ժամ» թերը գրում է. «Այն, ինչ կատարվում է Հայաստանում, իսկ որ ավելի ճիշտ է՝ այն, ինչ պետք է կատարվեր, բայց չի կատարվում Հայաստանում, արժանի է հոգեբանների, հոգեվերլուծողների, հասարակագետների ու սոցիոլոգների վերլուծությանն ու գնահատականին: Իսկ կատարվում է այն, որ բոլորը բոլորից ու ամեն ինչից դժգոհ են ու այդ ամեն ինչում, այսինքն՝ դժգոհության պատճառներում, մեղավոր են համարում ողջ աշխարհին, բացի իրենք իրենցից: Ընդդիմությունը, ժանրի կանոնների համաձայն, դժգոհում է իշխանությունից, իշխանությունը՝ ընդդիմությունից ու համաշխարհային իմպերիալիզմից, հասարակությունը՝ բոլորից, առաջին հերթին՝ իշխանությունից, հետո նաեւ՝ ընդդիմությունից, իսկ ավելի իմաստունները՝ հրեամասոնական օթյակներից, աշխարհի մեծերից, եւ այլն: Ու այդ դժգոհության, անսպառ ու անստեղծարար դժգոհության պայմաններում անցնում է ժամանակը, իմա՝ կյանքը, որը չեն կարող վերադարձնել ո՛չ իշխանությունը, ո՛չ ընդդիմությունը, ոչ էլ անգամ Խորխե Մարիո Բերգոլիոն, իմա՝ Ֆրանցիսկոսը, այսինքն՝ Հռոմի պապը… Հայաստանն ու հայ հասարակությունը՝ որպես հակադրությունների երկիր ու հանրույթ, ունեն երկու հակադիր, բայց օրգանապես կապված ու փոխպայմանավորող խնդիր:
Դրանց միասնությունը կարելի է պայմանականորեն անվանել անհամարժեք համարժեքություն: Հայաստանում անհամարժեք է գրեթե ամեն ինչ, ինչի արդյունքում անհամարժեք է Հայաստանը՝ որպես պետություն: Անհամարժեք է այն, որ քաղաքական ու տնտեսական վերնախավը զբաղեցնում են մարդիկ, որոնց մեծ մասը, նույնիսկ ատրճանակի փողը քունքին պահած՝ չի կարող բացատրել, թե ինչ է նշանակում՝ վերնախավ: Անհամարժեք է այն, որ երկրի, հասարակության վերաբերյալ որոշումներ են կայացնում մարդիկ, որոնց մեծ մասի կայացրած ամենառացիոնալ որոշումը քաբաբի երկարության մասին է: Ու այդ մարդկանց մեծ մասը ստիպված է քվեարկել, որոշումներ կայացնել տարածաշրջանում, աշխարհում Հայաստանի տեղի, դերի, հարեւանների ու թշնամիների հետ հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ: Արդյունքում՝ ունենք պետություն, որն աշխարհում դեռեւս իր տեղը պահպանում է ոչ թե՝ մեր ցանկության ու ջանքերի, այլ՝ համաշխարհային զարգացումների ու համաշխարհային անհրաժեշտության շնորհիվ…
Բայց անհամարժեքության այս շքահանդեսում նույնքան անհամարժեք կլինի չարձանագրել, որ մի կարեւորագույն հարցում կա լիակատար համարժեքություն ու ներդաշնակություն: Դա հասարակության ու հանրային կյանքի մնացած ենթահամակարգերի՝ իշխանության, ընդդիմության, մշակույթի, արվեստի, մամուլի… մնացած ամեն ինչի համարժեքությունն է: Այնքան էլ պոպուլյար չէ խոսել այդ մասին, սակայն օբյեկտիվությունը պահանջում է արձանագրել, որ իշխանության միջին մակարդակը եթե ավելին չէ հասարակության միջին մակարդակից, ապա հաստատ պակաս էլ չէ, նույնը կարելի է ասել նաեւ հասարակություն-ընդդիմություն, հասարակություն-մշակույթ եւ մնացած այլ փոխառնչությունների մասին: Որովհետեւ, եթե իշխանությունն ավելի ցածր մակարդակ ունենար, քան հասարակությունը, վերջինս ոչ թե կարտագաղթեր, այլ կպայքարեր, կփոխեր իշխանությանը: Եթե ընդդիմությունն ավելի անկարող լիներ, քան հասարակությունը, հասարակությունն ինքը կգտներ այն ուժերին, որոնք ունակ կլինեին սպասարկել իր շահերը: Այս շարքը կարելի է շարունակել, բայց դրանից խնդրի էությունը ոչ միայն չի փոխվի, այլեւ պատկերն ավելի մռայլ կդառնա: Այնպես որ, մենք իսկապես արժանի ենք ոչ միայն՝ իշխանությանը, որն ունենք, այլ ընդհանրապես՝ կյանքին, որով ապրում ենք: Եթե արժանի չլինեինք, մեր կյանքն ավելի լավը կլիներ:
