Վարչապետի բարեկամի «հանցավոր անգործությունը»

Լինում են դեպքեր, երբ աղաղակող փաստերի անտեսումը կամ դրանց մասին լռելը ոչ միայն արատավոր երեւույթների, այլ ով գիտե նաեւ հանցավոր գործողությունների տարածման պատճառ է դառնում: Լրագրողական հետաքննության նյութը շուկայում հայտնված մանկական կերի մասին է: Նշենք, որ «Նուտրիցիա Նուտրիլոն Պրոնուտրա Պլյուս» 1,2,3 կերերի անհասկանալի ծագման մասին հրապարակումներ բազմիցս են եղել: Առաջացած աղմուկը չէր կարող լրագրողական հետաքրքրություն չշարժեր ու նոր բացահայտումների աղբյուր չդառնար: Նախորդ հոդվածներում կասկածի տակ է դրվել մանկական սննդի ծագման մասին հարցը:
Հոկտեմբերի 23-ի դրությամբ, ուսումնասիրելով ԵԱՏՄ միասնական ռեեստրը համոզվեցինք, որ թեեւ բարձրացված աղմուկը բավական մեծ էր, սակայն «Նուտրիլոն Նուտրիցիա Պրոնուտրա Պլյուս» 1,2,3 ապրանքատեսակների ԵԱՏՄ միասնական ռեեստրում գրանցված լինելու փաստը բացակայում է: Այս հանգամանքը արդեն իսկ մեծ կասկածի տակ է դնում չգրանցված, բայց ազատ վաճառքի հանված ապրանքի անհասկանալի ճանապարհով ներկրման հարցը, քանզի պետական գրանցման ենթակա ապրանքները իրավունք չունեն հատել ԵԱՏՄ սահմանը, առանց համապատասխան ռեեստրում գրանցվելու: Խոսենք փաստերով՝ մեր կողմից սույն թվականի հոկտեմբերի 10-ին, Մաշտոցի 15 հասցեում գտնվող «Նատալի Ֆարմ» դեղատնից ձեռք է բերվել «Նուտրիլոն Նուտրիցիա Պրոնուտրա Պլյուս» 1 մանկական կերը, որի վրա կպչյուն թղթով փակցված է ЕАС նշումը, որ փաստում է գրանցման մասին, սակայն ինչպես նշել ենք, գրանցումը բացակայում է:
Ասել, թե սա շփթմունք է կամ էլ թե չէ բացթողում պարզապես միամտություն կլինի: Դուրս է գալիս, որ լրագրողական հետաքննությամբ հնարավոր է պարզել այն օրինախախտներին, որոնց մեղմորեն շրջանցում է ՍԱՊԾ-ն, մի կառույց, ում աշխատողները անգործություն դրսեւորելու կամ միգուցե «հանցավոր լռությամբ» վտանգի տակ են դնում իրենց ամսական աշխատավարձն ապահովող հարկատուների երեխաների կյանքն ու առողջությունը: Տեղեկացնենք, ՍԱՊԾ պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյան հորաքրոջ փեսան է…
