ՀՀ իշխանությունները սահմանադական բարեփոխուների հանրաքվեն կանցկացնեն օրենքի տառին համապատասխան

Սահամնադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավի ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության գերխնդիրը լինելու է հանրությանը, քաղաքական ուժերին և գործիչներին բացատրել, ներկայացնել այն նպատակները, ինչի համար իրականացվում են սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները: Այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, պետաիրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի ն ախագահ Հովհաննես Սահակյանը՝ հավելելով, որ վերջնական որոշումը ժողովուրդն է կայացնելու:
«Մեր նպատակն է հանրությանը, քաղաքական ուժերին բացատրել, թե ինչի համար են իրականացվում բարեփոխումները և ինչի համար է պետք «այո» ասել բարեփոխումներին: Ես էլ իմ հերթին, թե՛ որպես կուսակցական և թե՛ որպես Սպիտակի ՀՀԿ տարածքային կառույցի ղեկավար, կունենամ բավարար մասնակցություն սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների քարոզարշավին: Իսկ քարոզարշավի վերաբերյալ մանրամասները ավելի կհստակեցվեն շտաբի առաջիկա նիստում»,-ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:
Պատգամավորը նկատեց, որ Հայաստանում հետընտրական գործընթացները միշտ ցնցումներով են անցնում, ինչը հետևանք է այն հանգամանքի, որ Հայաստանում դեռևս ձևավորված չէ այն քաղաքական, ընտրական մշակույթը, որ ընտրություններում նույնիսկ ձայների մեկ տոկոս տարբերությունը համարվում է հաղթանակ և հետո ընդվզում չի լինում: «Երբ մեզ մոտ էլ կձևավորվի այդ մշակույթը, պարտվողներն իրենց պարտության ողջ պատճառն ընտրությունների մեջ չեն տեսնի, չեն պնդի, թե ընտրությունները կեղծվել են: Նրանք կմտածեն, որ, օրինակ, վատ են աշխատել, ժողովուրդն էլ ուրիշին է ձայն տվե լ»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:
Սահակյանի խոսքով՝ իշխանությունների նպատակն էլ հենց Հայաստանում նման քաղաքական մշակույթի ձևավորումն է, որին պետք է հասնել աստիճանական քայլերով: Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներն էլ, պատգամավորի կարծիքով, կարող են լավ պայմաններ ստեղծել նման մշակույթ ձևավորելու համար: Նրա համար կարևոր չէ՝ մեծ, թե փոքր առավելությամբ ժողովուրդը կքվեարկի սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների օգտին՝ վստահեցնելով, որ հանրաքվեի ընթացքում իշխանությունները գործելու են օրենքի տառին համապատասխան: «Մինչ օրս, եթե ուշադիր նայեք սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթաÖ �ը, մեր բոլոր քայլերը կազմակերպել ենք բացառապես օրենքի սահմաններում, դրսևորել ենք բարձր հանդուրժողականություն և փորձել ենք թափանցիկ, բովանդակային ներկայացնել հանրությանը, քաղաքական ուժերին այս գործընթացի դրական կողմերը»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը:
