Հայ և ռուս մասնագետները քննարկել են հակաբիոտիկների տարածման ռիսկերը նվազեցնելու միջազգային ծրագիրը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը հոկտեմբերի 26-27-ը հյուրընկալել է ՌԴ սպառողների իրավունքների և մարդկային բարեկեցության պաշտպանության ոլորտում դաշնային ծառայության (Ռոսպոտրեբնադզոր) աշխատակիցներին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից,
այցի նպատակն էր սննդամթերքի անվտագության ոլորտի հայ մասնագետներին ներկայացնել հակաբիոտիկների տարածման ռիսկերը նվազեցնելու միջազգային ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակներում նախատեսվում է խորացնել գործակցությունը Հայաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղրղզստանի, Ղազախստանի և Տաջիկստանի միջև, սահմանել սննդամթերքի մեջ հակաբիոտիկների մնացորդային քանակների լաբորատոր գնահատման ընդհանուր կարգ: Այն իրականացվելու է Հիգիենայի և համաճարակաբանության դաշնային և Համաճարակաբանության գիտահետազոտական մոսկովյան կենտրոնների միջոցով:
Երկօրյա հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել են ծրագրի իրականացման հնարավորություններն ու քայլերը, մասնավորապես՝ սննդամթերքի արտադրությունում հակաբիոտիկների օգտագործման օրենսդրական կարգավորումները, սննդամթերքում հակաբիոտիկների մնացորդային քանակների լաբորատոր և մեթոդական հսկողությունը: Ռոսպոտրեբնադզորի աշխատակիցները ծանոթացել են նաև ՍԱՊԾ «Հանրապետական անասնաբուժասանիտարական և բուսասանիտարական լաբորատոր ծառայությունների կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի գործունեությանն ու տեխնիկական հնարավորություններին: Ռուս գործընկերներն առաջիկա երկու տարում կաջակցեն մոնիտորինգային արդյունավետ համակարգ ստեղծելու և դրա մեթոդաբանությունը մշակելու հարցում:
Այս ծրագիրը նախատեսվում է ամբողջությամբ ներդնել 2019 թվականին. մինչ այդ նշված հինգ երկրների մասնագետների համար կանցկացվեն դասընթացներ:
