Սերգո Կարապետյանն անհրաժեշտ է համարում մարզերի անասնաբուժական լաբորատորիաների վերազինումը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը հոկտեմբերի 26-ին ընդունել է ԱՄՆ պաշտպանության դեպարտամենտի սպառնալիքների նվազեցման գործակալության պատվիրակության (DTRA) հայաստանյան գրասենյակի նոր ղեկավար Մայոր Մեթյու Փոուփի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, գործակալությունը մÕ �ր երկրում իրականացնում է մի շարք ծրագրեր, որոնց նպատակն է աջակցել ՀՀ կառավարությանը երկրի անասնաբուժության և առողջապահության ոլորտները Կենդանիների առողջության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության և Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության հիմնական սկզբունքներին համապատասխանեցնելու հարցում, ինչը կնպաստի Հայաստանում հատուկ վտանգավոր պաթոգենների հայտնաբերման, ախտորոշման և արձագանքման համակարգերի հզորացմանը:
Գործակալության աջակցությամբ արդեն ավարտվել է «Խոզերի աֆրիկական ժանտախտի համաճարակաբանական կարգավիճակը և հսկողությունը Հայաստանում` ԱՄ-3» ծրագիրը, և ներկայումս ընթացքի մեջ է «Արևելյան Եվրոպայում խոզերի աֆրիկական ժանտախտի էկոլոգիայի և համաճարակաբանության մասին հանրային իրազեկում, վերահսկման և կանխարգելման նպատակով` ուսուցման տրամադրում, մեթոդների և ռազմավարությունների իրականացում` TAP-A1» ծրագիրը:
Ողջունելով հյուրին` նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանում Գործակալության կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերը: Այս ենթատեքստում նախարարը, մասնավորապես, ընդգծել է կենտրոնական անասնաբուժական ռեֆերենս լաբորատորիայի կառուցման դերն ու նշանակությունը մեր երկրի համար: Նախարարի խոսքով, միաժամանակ անհրաժեշտ է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել մարզերում գործող անասնաբուժական լաբորատորիաների վերազինման համար, քանի որ առանց ժամանակակից սարքավորումների անհնար է իրականացնել ճշգրիտ ախտորոշիչ աշխատանքներ:
Նախարար Սերգո Կարապետյանը հյուրերի ուշադրությունը հրավիրել է նաև երկրում գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների հաշվառման և համարակալման անհրաժեշտությանը, առանց որի անասնաբուժական ծառայությունները լիարժեքորեն չեն կարող մատուցվել:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև DTRA գործակալության և ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հետագա համագործակցության հեռանկարները:
