Երևանում անցկացվել է ԱՊՀ երկրների արտգործնախարարությունների խորհրդակցություն

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում հոկտեմբերի 27-ին կայացան խորհրդակցություններ Բելառուսի, Հայաստանի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչությունների, ինչպես նաև ԱՊՀ գործադիր քարտուղարության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ: Խորհրդակցություններն անցկացվեցին «ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների փոխգործակցությունը Եվրամիության հետ» և «ԵԱՀԿ-ում ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների համագործակցությունը եվրոպական անվտանգության հարցերի շուրջ» թեմաների շուրջ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից:
Իր բացման խոսքում ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Նազարյանը կարևորեց արդեն երկու տասնամյակ ԱՊՀ երկրների արտաքին գերատեսչությունների միջև անցկացվող խորհրդակցությունների ձևաչափը՝ նշելով, որ այն հնարավորություն է ընձեռնում իրականացնել մտքերի փոխանակում արտաքին քաղաքականությանն առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակի շուրջ։ Նա անդրադարձավ ԵՄ և եվրոպական այլ կառույցների հետ Հայաստանի համագործակցությանը՝ հավելելով, որ այն ընթանում է տարբեր ինտեգրացիոն ձևաչափերում ՀՀ կողմից ավելի վաղ ստանձնած պարտավորություններին համահունչ։ Մասնակիցներն իրենց աջակցությունը հայտնեցին ԵԱՏՄ-ի և ԵՄ միջև հնարավոր երկխոսությանը, ինչը կխթանի երկու կառույցների միջև առևտրատնտեսական համագործակցությունը:
Խորհրդակցությունների երկրորդ մասում բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Աշոտ Հովակիմյանը: Նա կարևորեց ԵԱՀԿ բոլոր երեք հարթություններում ԱՊՀ անդամ պետությունների միջև համագործակցությունը:
Մասնակիցներն անդրադարձ կատարեցին սովորական սպառազինությունների վերահսկման ռեժիմի ամրապնդման, ԵԱՀԿ տարածաշրջանում տնտեսական փոխկապակցվածության միջոցով բաժանարար գծերի և փակ սահմանների հաղթահարման, մարդու սոցիալական, տնտեսական և մշակութային իրավունքների պաշտպանության, ԵԱՀԿ հաստատությունների գործունեության հարցերին:
Խորհրդակցությունների շրջանակում ԱՊՀ պետությունների պատվիրակությունները հանդիպեցին նաև ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանին։ Պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց շարունակել խորհրդակցությունների անցկացման ավանդույթը՝ որպես քաղաքական փոխգործակցության արդյունավետ գործիքակազմ։
