Հայաստանի և Եվրամիության միջև ստորագրվելիք համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության շրջանակային համաձայնագրի շուրջ Հայաստանում մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացավ: Կստորագրվի՞ արդյոք, թե Ռուսաստանի ճնշմամբ ոչ ևս կլինի,  ինչպես 2013-ին:

Սակայն խնդիրը սա չէ, մանավանդ, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվելու է (նաև ՌԴ-ի համաձայնությամբ):

Խնդիրն այն է, որ թե՛ Հայաստանում Եվրամիության դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին, և թե՛ ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը անընդհատ պնդում են, որ սա առաջին դեպքն է, երբ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկիրը պետք է համաձայնագիր ստորագրի ԵՄ-ի հետ:

Նրանք, ի՞նչ է, մոռացե՞լ են, որ դեռևս 2015-ի դեկտեմբերի 18-ին Ղազախստանն ու Եվրամիությունը նման համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել, որը վավերացվել է 2016-ի մարտի 25-ին: Այնպես որ, Հայաստանը ոչ առաջինն է, ոչ էլ՝ վերջինը:

Ճիշտ է, սեղանին այսօր դրված փաստաթուղթը նույնը չէ, այն, ինչպես քաղաքագետներն են ասում, ներկայացնում է Հայաստանի հավաստիացումը, որ ինքը ձգտում է դեպի եվրոպական քաղաքակրթություն և ստանձնում եվրոպական արժեհամակարգից բխող պարտավորություններ, ինչն, իհարկե, եվրոպացիներին Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ազդեցություն ունենալու նոր լծակներ կտա:

Past.am-ին այս հարցով դիմեց Արմեն Աշոտյանին, ով այսպես պատասխանեց. «Արևելյան գործընկերության անդամ հանդիսացող երկրներից Հայաստանն առաջինն է, որ միաժամանակ նաև ԵԱՏՄ անդամ է: Ղազախստանը Արևելյան գործընկերության մաս չի կազմում, սա՝ մեկ և երկրորդ՝ եթե թերթեք Ղազախստանի արդեն ստորագրված պայմանագիրը, կտեսնեք, թե ինչ սկզբունքային տարբերություններ կան հայաստանյան պայմանագրի հետ»:
