Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում երեկ՝ հոկտեմբերի 28-ին Գյումրի քաղաքում հաշվառված, սակայն Վանաձոր քաղաքում բնակվող, 24-ամյա Հրաչ Առաքելյաի դիմումի փաստով:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վերջինս Ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժին հայտնել է, որ այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 5-ին ժամը 14:30-ի սահմաններում իր ծանոթներ՝ Նարեկ Օհանյանը, ոմն Արմանը, ում մականունը «Պլուտ» է, Սերգեյ Հարությունյանը, Սերիկը և ոմն Արտյոմը Վանաձոր քաղաքի «Լճեր» կոչվող սրճարանում իրենից պահանջել են այդ օրը իր կողմից որպես վարկ 300 հազար դրամ Արդշինբանկ ՓԲԸ-ի Վանաձորի մասնաճյուղի կողմից ստացած գումարը:

Երբ ինքը մերժել է նրանց տալ գումարը, նշված անձինք իրեն տարել են «Թեժ Լեռ» կոչվող հանդամաս, որտեղ ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ են հասցրել իր մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ամեն անգամ խփելով՝ պահանջել են նշված գումարը:

Տեսնելով, որ կրկին մերժում է գումարը տալ նրանց, նրանք բռնությամբ իրեն նստեցրել են ավտոմեքենան, տարել Վանաձոր քաղաք, որտեղ Ն. Օհանյանը խաբեությամբ իր նշանած՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի Վարդանանց փողոցի բնակիչ, 25-ամյա Տաթևիկ Հաճիպողոսյանից վերցրել են իրենց՝ Վարդանանց փողոցի թիվ 82/84 հասցեի տան բանալին և իրեն ստիպողաբար տարել են նշված տուն:

Ծեծը շարունակվել է նաև այդտեղ ու նորից պահանջել են գումարը:

Տեսնելով, որ գումարը չի տալիս, Արմանը հարձակվել է իր վրա՝ սպառնալով, որ՝ «Գումարը տուր, թե չէ՝ կսպանեմ», ու տեսնելով, որ դարձյալ մերժում է, նրան մերկացրել են և Արմանը աջ կոշիկի միջից հայտնաբերել է ողջ գումարը, որը հափշտակել ու հեռացել են:

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության /վարչության պետ Արման Ղազարյան/, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության /վարչության պետ Թաթուլ Շուշանյան/ գլխավորությամբ պարզվել է, որ Ն. Օհանյանը Վանաձոր քաղաքի Երևանյան խճուղու բնակիչ, 25-ամյա Նարեկ Օհանյանն է, «Պլուտ» մականունով ոմն Արմանը Վանաձոր քաղաքի Չուխաջյան թաղամասի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Արման Փերիխանյանն է, Սերգեյ Հարությունյանը Վանաձոր քաղաքի Աբեղյան փողոցի բնակիչ, 25-ամյա Սերգո Հարությունյանն է, իսկ ոմն Սերիկը՝ Վանաձոր քաղաքի Զ. Անդրանիկի փողոցի բնակիչ, 24-ամյա Սերիկ Կիրակոսյանն է:
