Փսորիազը կառավարելի է. Հայաստանում ստացիոնար բուժում է ստանում շուրջ 500 հիվանդ

Հոկտեմբերի 29-ը նշվում է որպես Փսորիազի դեմ պայքարի միջազգային օր: Աշխարհում փսորիազով տառապում է մոտ 125 միլիոն մարդ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, Հայաստանում մասնագիտացած կենտրոնում տարեկան ստացիոնար բուժում է ստանում փսորիազի սրացման փուլում և բարդացած ձևերի շուրջ 500 հիվանդ:
Փսորիազը (psoriasis vulgaris) բազմապատճառ, հաճախակի կրկնումների հակում ունեցող մաշկային խրոնիկական հիվանդություն է։ Այն կարող է սկսվել ցանկացած տարիքում, չբացառելով նաև վաղ մանկականը, բայց ամենից հաճախ ծագում է 16-25 տարեկան հասակում։ Այն սկսվում է սուր, մանր, վառ վարդագույն հանգույցիկների ցանա
Հիվանդության բռնկումներն ավելի հաճախ առաջանում են աշնանն ու ձմռանը (ձմեռային ձև), զգալիորեն ավելի պակաս ամռանը (ամառային ձև) և ձգձգվում են տարիներ շարունակ, բայց չբուժվելու դեպքում փսորիազը կարող է բարդանալ հոդաբորբով, մաշկի տարածուն ցանավորումով, որը տարիների ընթացքում կարող է բերել հաշմանդամության և մի շարք` մասնավորապես սրտանոթային համակարգի հիվանդությունների զուգակցման դեպքում մինչև 60% բարձրացնում է մահացության հավանականությունը:
Նշենք, որ փսորիազը հավասարապես տարածված է թե տղամարդկանց և թե կանանց շրջանում: Հիվանդության առաջացման գործում մեծ նշանակություն ունի մարդու նյարդահոգեբանական վիճակը, հատկապես տարատեսակ սթրեսներն ու տրավմաները, ինչպես նաև էնդոկրին համակարգի ֆունկցիոնալ խանգարումները: Պատճառային գործոններ են համարվում նաև նյութափոխանակության տարաբնույթ խախտումները, ֆերմետային խանգարումները, օրգանիզմի գենետիկ նախատրամադրվածությունը (hատկանշական է, որ այն կարող է արտահայտվել միայն նպաստավոր պայմանների առկայության պարագայում): Տարանջատվում է նաև իդիոպատիկ փսորիազը, որի առաջացման և զարգացման գործոններն անհայտ են:
Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս առաջին իսկ ախտանշանների դեպքում անհապաղ դիմել բժշկի՝ հիվանդությունն ախտորոշելու, բուժում ստանալու, հետագա լուրջ բարդություններից խուսափելու նպատակով:
Այսպիսով` ՀՀ ԱՆ Մաշկաբանության և սեռավարակաբանության բժշկագիտական կենտրոնը նոյեմբերի առաջին 10-օրյակը հայտարարում է փսորիազի դեմ պայքարի օրեր, որի շրջանակներում կենտրոն դիմած բոլոր այցելուները բարձրակարգ մասնագետների կողմից կստանան անվճար խորհրդատվություն, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կկազմակերպվեն կլինիկական հետազոտություններ (ներառյալ դերմատոսկոպիա)` 20 % զեղչով:
Փսորիազով հիվանդների ժամանակին հայտնաբերումը, բուժումը և դինամիկ հսկողությունը հիմք կտա կանխարգելելու այդ ծանր հիվանդության բարդությունները՝ ապահովելով հիվանդների արժանավայել կյանքով ապրելու իրավունքը:
