Ընթացիկ տարվա մայիսից «ՀՀ արտաքին առևտրի ազգային մեկ պատուհան» պորտալում գործարկվել է «Ռիսկերի կառավարում» համակարգը՝ հնարավորություն ստեղծելով կիրառելու ռիսկայնության գնահատման նոր ուղղություններ: Արդյունավետ թիրախավորման շնորհիվ համակարգն ուղղված է մաքսային մարմնի կողմից ֆիզիկական զննումների կրճատմանն ու արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Համակարգի կիրառման առաջին ամիսների ընթացքում ֆիզիկական զննումների քանակի կրճատումն արդեն նկատելի է: Մասնավորապես, եթե 2017 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում ֆիզիկական զննման է ենթարկվել ներքին սպառման համար մաքսային ընթացակարգով հայտարարագրված ապրանքների 28,8 տոկոսը, ապա երկրորդ եռամսյակում այդ թիվը նվազել է 6,4 տոկոսով՝ կազմելով 22,4 տոկոս: Ռիսկերի կառավարման նոր համակարգն ինտեգրված է մաքսային ձևակերպումներին առնչվող այլ էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգերի հետ, ինչն ապահովում է համակարգերի միջև փոխգործակցությունը և բարձրացնում դրանց կիրառման արդյունավետությունը: Համակարգը նպաստում է նաև մաքսային գործընթացների դյուրացմանը, արտաքին առևտրի ոլորտում ավելի բարենպաստ միջավայրի ապահովմանը և մաքսային սահմանների պաշտպանության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:
