Սուրեն Կարայանը Բեյրութում մասնակցել է հայ-լիբանանյան տնտեսական համաժողով

Բեյրութում կայացել է հայ-լիբանանյան գործարար համաժողովը, որին մասնակցել է ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը։ Համաժողովին ներկա է եղել Լիբանանի Հանրապետության պլանավորման հարցերով պետնախարար Միշել Ֆարաոնը։ Համաժողովի աշխատանքներին մասնակցել են շուրջ 200 գործարարներ Լիբանանից և Հայաստանից։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանն իր խոսքում ընգծել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունն ունի հստակ մոտեցում Հայաստանում ներդրումներ իրականցնող գործարարների նկատմամբ, այն է՝ ամբողջական աջակցություն ներդրողին։
«Կցանկանայի ևս մեկ անգամ շեշտադրել ու վստահեցնել, որ յուրաքանչյուր ներդրումային ծրագրին ցուցաբերվում է ներդրողների կարիքների վրա հիմնված մոտեցում՝ ապահովելով ներդրողներին անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն և արտոնությունների լայն գործիքակազմից առաջարկելով կոնկրետ ներդրողի համար առավել արդյունավետ համախումբը», - ասել է Տնտեսական զարգացման և նեդրումների նախարարը։
«Կարծում եմ, Հայաստանում ստեղծված բարենպաստ ներդրումային և գործարար միջավայրը կարող է լավագույնս նպաստել մեր երկրների գործարար համայնքի ներուժի դրսևորմանը, որը կարտահայտվի և՛ համատեղ ձեռնարկությունների ստեղծմամբ և՛ միմյանց արտադրանքի առաջմղմամբ Հայաստանի, Լիբանանի և միջազգային այլ խոշոր շուկաներում»,- հավելել է Սուրեն Կարայանը։ Նախարարը պատասխանել է գործարարներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին Հայաստանում բիզնես գործունեություն ծավալելու վերաբերյալ։
Պետական կառույցի ներկայացուցիչներին, գործարարներին և համաժողովի պատվիրակներին է ներկայացվել Հայաստանի ներդրումային և գործարար միջավայրը։ Զեկույցով հանդես է եկել նաև KPMG ընկերության Ռուսաստանի ու ԱՊՀ մյուս երկրների գործընկերների խորհրդի անդամ Վիկտոր Ակուլյանը` ներկայացնելով ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության հետ ավելի վաղ կնքված հուշագրով նախատեսված Հայաստանի ներդրումային հնարավորությունների վերաբերյալ KPMG-ի ուղեցույցը։
Լիբանանցի ներդրողներին հատկապես հետաքրքրել են Հայաստանի ազատ տնտեսական գոտիների ընձեռած հնավարությունները, ոսկեգործության և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտները։
Համաժողովի ընթացքում հուշագիր է ստորագրվել երկու երկրների առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատների միջև երկկողմ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների զարգացման և գործարար շրջանակների աշխատանքների դյուրացման նպատակով։
Մեկ այլ համագործակցության հուշագիր է կնքվել արդյունաբերական ոլորտում հայկական և լիբանանյան ընկերությունների միջև։
Կայացել են գործարարների միջև B2B հանդիպումներ։
Տեղեկացնենք, որ հոկտմբերի 26-31-ը նախարար Սուրեն Կարայանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը գտնվում է Լիբանանում և Սիրիայում։
Պատվիրակության կազմում են՝ ՀՀ hատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Լևոն Սարգսյանը, Դեյր Զորում ՀՀ պատվավոր հյուպատոս Սուրեն Վարդանյանը, ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Զարմինե Զեյթունցյանը, ՀՀ ԿԱ Անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ, Հայաստանի առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի նախագահ Մարտին Սարգսյանը և այլ պաշտոնյաներ։
