Անչափահասի նկատմամբ սեռական ոտնձգության հերթական դեպքն է գրանցվել, այս անգամ՝ Արարատի մարզում։ «Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ սեռակն ոտնձգության զոհը 8-րդ դասարանի աշակերտուհի է։ Կասկածվողը՝ ևս անչափահաս է՝ 17 տարեկան։
Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել հոկտեմբերի 27-ի լույս 28-ի գիշերը, ինչի կապակցությամբ հետաքննություն է սկսվել։
Նկատենք, որ վերջին շրջանում նկատվում է սեռական բնույթի հանցագործությունների աճ, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների դեմ ուղղված։
Պաշտոնական վիճակագրական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2015-2016 թվականների ընթացքում Քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում քննվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 138-142-րդ հոդվածներով հարուցված 288 քրեական գործ, որից 131 քրեական գործը՝ 2015 թվականին, իսկ 157-ը՝ 2016 թվականին: Այսինքն՝ քննված քրեական գործերի թիվը 2016 թվականին, 2015 թվականի համեմատությամբ, աճել է 26-ով:
Ուսումնասիրությունները փաստել են, որ 2016 թվականին՝ 2015 թվականի համեմատ, էապես ավելացել է երեխաների դեմ ուղղված սեռական հանցագործությունների թիվը (ՀՀ քր. օր. 141-րդ և 142-րդ հոդվածներով)։ Սեռական ոտնձգության զոհ են դառնում հիմնականում 14-16 տարեկան երեխաները։
Ստեղծված իրավիճակը, ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի, պահանջում է երեխաների պաշտպանության ուղղությամբ իրականացնել առավել արդյունավետ միջոցներ՝ իրազեկելով երեխաներին և նրանց ծնողներին կամ երեխայի խնամքով կամ դաստիարակությամբ զբաղվող այլ անձանց՝ դեպքերի կանխմանը և բացահայտմանը նպաստող գործողությունների և հնարավոր մեթոդների մասին:
«Հաշվի առնելով, որ տուժողների մեծամասնությունը 14-16 տարեկան երեխաներ են, անհրաժեշտ է այդ տարիքի երեխաների միջավայրում կազմակերպել հատուկ կանխարգելիչ և բացատրական դասընթացներ»,- նշված է ՔԿ ուսումնասիրության մեջ։
