Սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատության ծրագրի շնորհիվ Հայաստանում կես տարում մահվան դեպքերը նվազել են 316-ով

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բնակչության շրջանում մեծ արձագանք է ստացել 2015թ. հունվարի 1-ից մեկնարկած սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատության ծրագիրը։ Սոցիալական կարևոր նշանակության այս ծրագիրը հանրության կողմից ստացել է կյանք փրկող ծրագիր անվանումը, ինչն ամբողջ աշխարհում հենց այդպես էլ կոչվում է` «Stent for life»։ Ինչպես տեÕ �եկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, ծրագրում ընդգրկվում են այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր մինչ այդ ներառված չեն եղել սրտի անվճար ինվազիվ վիրահատության իրավունք ունեցող որևէ խմբում։ Հաշվի է առնվել այն հանգամանքը, որ մեր երկրում լայն տարածում ունեցող սրտանոթային հիվանդությունները մահացության ընդհանուր կառուցվածքում 48 տոկոս են կազմում, և, որ ստենտավորումն ինֆարկտի դեպքում մարդու կյանքը փրկելու ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցն է։
Վիճակագրական տվյալները վկայում են, որ սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատության ծրագրի արդյունքները տպավորիչ են: 2014թ. հունվար-հուլիսին արձանագրվել է սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդությունների և սրտանոթային հիվանդություններով պայմանավորված մահվան 7349 դեպք, իսկ 2015թ. նույն ժամանահատվածում՝ 6928. մահվան դեպքերի քանակը նվազել է 421-ով: Սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդություններից, մասնավորապես, սրտամկանի սուր ինֆարկտից, սրտամկանի կրկնակի ինֆարկտից 2014թ. հունվարի 1-ից հունիսի 30-ը մահվան դեպքերը կազմել են 4740, իսկ 2015թ. նույն ժամանակահատվածում` 4424 կամ նվազել 316 դեպքով:
Ի սկզբանե մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվում սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատության ծրագրի շրջանակում իրականացվող բժշկական ծառայության որակին և դրա համապատասխանությանը նախարարի հրամանով հաստատված չափորոշիչներին։ Սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատություն իրականացնող բժշկական 10 կազմակերպություններում («Նորք Մարաշ», «Էրեբունի», «Մալաթիա», Գյումրի, Գորիսի բժշկական կենտրոններում, «Հերացի» թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցում, «Արմենիա» հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնում, «Արամյանց բժշկաÕ �ան կենտրոնում», «Քանկոր սիրտ-անոթային բժշկական կենտրոնում» և «Լևոն Հովհաննիսյանի անվան սրտաբանության ԳՀԻ») բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման որակը և ծրագրի արդյունավետությունը գնահատելու նպատակով ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության ստորաբաժանումները պարբերաբար մշտադիտարկումներ են իրականացնում:
Սուր ինֆարկտի ծանր դեպքերում բժշկական համապատասխան ցուցումների առկայության պարագայում ոչ դեղապատ մեկ ստենտի տեղադրման ծրագիրը բխում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահի նախընտրական ծրագրից։
