Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ստեղծեց բոլոր նախադրյալները առևտրականների խնդիրը կարգավորելու համար

Օրերս մամուլում ակտիվ կերպով շրջանառվում էին լուրեր այն մասին, որ առևտրականների և հարկային տեսուչների միջև լարվածություն է ստեղծվել: Պատճառը հարկային նոր պահանջներն էին, որոնց հետ առևտրականները չէին ցանկանում համակերպվել, քանի որ իրենց խոսքերով անիմաստ քաշքշուքի և թղթաբանության խնդրի են բախվում այդկերպ: Թեման շարունակվեց, ընդհուպ հասավ նրան, որ մասնավորապես «Առինջ Մոլ» առևտրի կենտրոնի առևտրականները որոշել էին իրենց բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացնել ԱԺ մատույցների մոտ: Սակայն այն բանից հետո, երբ իրավիճակը հանդարտեցնելու և խնդիրը քննարկման սեղանին դնելու առաջարկությամբ հանդես եկավ մոլի սեփականատեր և երկրի՝ մեծությամբ երկրորդ խորհրդարանական ուժի ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ամեն ինչ իր տեղն ընկավ: Քիչ չեն դեպքերըը մեր իրականության մեջ, երբ բողոքի ձայն բարձրացրած ՀՀ քաղաքացիները անուշադրության մատնված լինելու պարագայում ծայրահեղ քայլերի են դիմել, այդ իսկ պատճառով նման անցանկալի իրավիճակներից զերծ մնալու համար, լավ կլիներ, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օրինակին հետևեին բոլորը, ովքեր ինչ-որ կերպ առնչություն են ունենում ժողովրդին անհանգստացնող խնդրի կամ ոլորտի հետ: Իսկ Ծառուկյանի առաջարկն ավելի քան տրամաբանական էր և կենսական նշանակության և վստահաբար կարելի է ասել, որ հետայսու կան բոլոր նախադրյալները խնդրի տրամաբանական հանգուցալուծմանը հասնելու համար:
Իսկ առաջարկը այն է, որ միմյանց նկատմամաբ տրամադրվելու և լարվածություն ստեղծելու փոխարեն, ավելի նպատակահարմար և արդյունավետ կլինի, խնդիրը տեղափոխել բանակցային փուլ, որտեղ կողմերի պահանջներն ու ցանկությունները համապատասխան մասնագետների ներկայությամբ կլսվեն և կտրվեն համահունչ գնահատականներ, ինչի արդյունքում և՛ առևտրականները գոհ կմնան և՛ ոլորտը չի տուժի:
