«Ամեն տարի Ծաղկաձոր հանգստավայրում նոր հյուրանոցներ են բացվում: Հյուրանոց կառուցելը դարձել է լավ բիզնես: Եվ դրանք գոնե տարվա մի հսկա հատվածում աշխատում են ծանրաբեռնված՝ եկամուտ ապահովելով սեփականատերերի համար: Իսկ ի՞նչ է շահում դրանից մեր բյուջեն: Մեզ հետաքրքրեց, թե ծաղկաձորյան հյուրանոցները, ունենալով հսկայական շահույթ, ինչքան գույքահարկ են վճարում պետբյուջե: Ծաղկաձորի քաղաքապետարանից մեզ տրամադրեցին ամենահայտնի հանգստավայրերի գույքահարկի վճարման մասին տեղեկությունները:
Այսպես, «Գոլդեն Փելես հյուրանոց» ՍՊԸ-ն վճարում է 5 միլիոն 004 հազար 122 ՀՀ դրամ, «Մուլտի Ռեստ Հաուս» ՍՊԸ-ն՝ 2 միլիոն 286 հազար 196 ՀՀ դրամ, «Կեչառիս հոթելը»՝ 1 միլիոն 074 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, Տեր-Զաքարյան Ժիրայր («Յուպիտեր» հյուրանոց)՝ 1 միլիոն 001 հազար 231 ՀՀ դրամ, «Ծաղկաձորի Գարուն հյուրանոց» ՍՊԸ-ն («Ռոսիա» հյուրանոց)՝ 2 միլիոն 235 հազար 854 ՀՀ դրամ, «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն («Մարիոթ» հյուրանոց)՝ 2 միլիոն 936 հազար 072 ՀՀ դրամ, «Ծաղկաձորի ստեղծագործական տուն» ՓԲԸ-ն՝ 1 միլիոն 200 հազար 318 ՀՀ դրամ: Անզեն աչքով անգամ տեսանելի է, թե հսկայական տարածք զբաղեցնող էլիտար հյուրանոցային համալիրներն ինչքան ցածր հարկ են վճարում համայնքին: Ասենք, «Կեչառիս հոթելը», որն ավելի մեծ է ու շքեղ, գույքահարկ է վճարում գրեթե այնքան, որքան «Յուպիտեր» փոքրիկ հյուրանոցը կամ Ծաղկաձորի ստեղծագործական տունը, որտեղ, ինչպես հայտնի է, մեծ կարողությունից զուրկ գրողներ ու մտավորականներ են հանգստանում, և հիմնականում պահպանվել է հին, սովետական շրջանի ինտերիերը:»,–գրում է թերթը։
