Արմեն Աշոտյանը ելույթ է ունեցել Կիեւում ընթացող Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ի քաղաքական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նիստում

ՀՀ ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը հոկտեմբերի 30-ին ելույթ է ունեցել Կիեւում ընթացող Եվրանեսթ ԽՎ-ի քաղաքական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նիստում, որտեղ անդրադարձել է Հայաստան-ԵՄ հարաբերություններին, ինչպես նաեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացի ընթացիկ փուլին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հանրային կապերի վարչությունից, արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահն իր խոսքում կարեւորել է նոյեմբերին Բրյուսելում նախատեսված Արեւելյան գործընկերության գագաթաժողովում ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ եւընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումը: Այս համատեքստում Արմեն Աշոտյանը նշել է,որ ստորագրվելիք համաձայնագիրը ենթադրում է ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունների մակարդակի որակականբարձրացում, ինչն իր հերթին հնարավորություն է ստեղծելու առավել ակտիվ համագործակցության համար:
Արմեն Աշոտյանը նաեւ նշել է, որ համաձայնագրի քաղաքական մասը գրեթե նույնն է, ինչ ասոցացված երկրներինը եւ այս առնչությամբ ընդգծել, որ «ավելին ավելիի դիմաց» սկզբունքի շրջանակում Հայաստանը ԵՄ-ից ակնկալում է քաղաքական աջակցություն դատական համակարգի արդյունավետության բարձրացման, ժողովրդավարության ինստիտուտների կատարելագործման, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ոլորտներում:
Իր ելույթում Արմեն Աշոտյանն անդրադարձել է նաեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խաղաղ կարգավորման ներկաբանակցային գործընթացին եւ նշել, որ այժմ բանակցությունները մեծապես ընթանում են խաղաղկարգավորման համար բուն բանակցային գործընթացի վերսկսման ուղղությամբ:
Հարցի առնչությամբ ԱրմենԱշոտյանը նշել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորումը եղել եւ մնում է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների համատեղ ջանքերի եւ ձեւաչափի շրջանակում, ընդգծել է նաեւ հարցի կապակցությամբ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի դիրքորոշումն առ այն, որ Արեւելյան գործընկերության երկրներում առկա բոլոր հակամարտություններն ունեն եզակի բնույթ եւ պահանջում են տարբերակված մոտեցում: Արեւելյան գործընկերության ապագայի հետ կապված Արմեն Աշոտյանը կարեւորել է գագաթաժողովից հետոորակական նոր հարաբերությունների համատեքստում նոր մոտեցումների եւ, միգուցե, նաեւ «Արեւելյան գործընկերություն +» ձեւաչափի ստեղծումը` նպատակ ունենալով Արեւելյան գործընկերության երկրներիառավել արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար միավորող նոր լուծումներ գտնել:
