Հայաստանի կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը հայտարարում է, որ մանրածախ առևտրի ոլորտում մեծ ստվեր կա: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով մանրածախ առևտրով զբաղվողների բողոքներին, թե «ՊԵԿ-ն իրենց հարկային տեռորի է ենթարկում», ՊԵԿ նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանն ընդգծեց, որ հարկային վարչարարությունից բողոքում են հիմնականում այն անձինք, ովքեր փորձում են թաքցնել իրենց շրջանառությունը և խուսափել հարկերից, ինչի դեմ իրենք ակտիվ պայքարում են: «Իմ մոտեցումը հստակ է, բոլորը պետք է հարկերը վճարեն օրենքով սահմանված կարգով: Նրանք փորձում են թաքցնել իրենց շրջանառությունը, խուսափել հարկերի վճարումից: Ես հայտարարում եմ, որ դա չի լինելու, կոշտ վարչարարություն ենք իրականացնելու և բոլորին բերելու ենք օրենքի դաշտ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Հարությունյանը:

Դիտարկմանը, թե առևտրականները բողոքում են բարդ փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունից, Վարդան Հարությունյանն ընդգծեց, որ վերջերս ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցներն այդ առևտրականների հետ հանդիպում են ունեցել, նրանց մանրամասն բացատրել են, թե ինչ է պետք անել, սակայն դրանից հետո էլ նրանք բողոքում են: «Անգամ մենք նրանց անվճար հաշվապահական ծառայություններ ենք առաջարկել, որպեսզի կարողանան իրականացնել պահանջվող փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունը, բայց դրանից էլ հրաժարվում են: Իրենք պարզապես ցանկանում են խուսափել հարկերից, ինչը մենք թույլ չենք տա»,- մանրամասնեց ՊԵԿ նախագահը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ ոչ բոլոր տնտեսավարողներն են փորձում խուսափել հարկերից, կան տնտեսավարողներ, ովքեր օրենքի դաշտում շատ լավ աշխատում են: «Ես շնորհակալ եմ այդ մարդկանց: Կան նաև մարդիկ, ովքեր, թաքնվելով սոցիալապես վատ վիճակում գտնվող խավի անվան տակ, ունենալով մեծ հնարավորություններ, այդ մարդկանց ուղղորդում են մեր դեմ»,- ընդգծեց Հարությունյանը:

Հարցին՝ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը մտնո՞ւմ է այդ ուղղորդողների մեջ, Վարդան Հարությունյանը բացասական պատասխան տվեց՝ ընդգծելով, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը «Առինջ Մոլ» առևտրի կենտրոնում տարածքներ ունեցող առևտրականներին բացատրել է, որ ՊԵԿ-ի գործողություններն օրենքի սահմաններում են:

Վարդան Հարությունյանը շեշտեց, որ ստվեր կա նաև մեծածախ առևտրի ոլորտում՝ ընդգծելով, որ մանրածախ առևտրի ոլորտում ստվերի դեմ պայքարի միջոցով իրենք նաև պայքարում են մեծածախ առևտրում առկա ստվերի դեմ: Այնուամենայնիվ, Հարությունյանը շեշտեց, որ մանրածախ առևտրի ոլորտում ստվերն ավելի շատ է:
