Արմավիրում մանկահասակ երեխային պատանդ վերցրած տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է. երեք անձ ճանաչվել է տուժող

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական միջոցառումներ՝ պարզելու մանկահասակ երեխային մանկապարտեզում պատանդ վերցնելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ  2017 թվականի  հոկտեմբերի 30-ին՝ ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում, Արմավիրի բնակիչը մուտք է գործել քաղաքի Բաղրամյան փողոցում գտնվող «Մանուշակ»  մանկապարտեզ և իր մոտ գտնվող դանակի սպառնալիքով պատանդ վերցրել մանկապարտեզի սան, 29.01.2015թ. ծնված տղա երեխային՝ պահանջելով վերջինիս ազատելու համար հանդիպում կազմակերպել իր նախկին կնոջ հետ։

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պատանդառուն վնասազերծվել է, իսկ երեխան՝ անվնաս ազատ արձակվել: Վնասազերծման ընթացքում տղամարդը դանակով վնասել է ինքն իրեն և անմիջապես տեղափոխվել բժշկական կենտրոն, ենթարկվել վիրահատության։

Քննությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ տղամարդը, մինչ երեխային պատանդ վերցնելը, մանկապարտեզում դանակով մարմնական վնասվածքներ է հասցրել իր նախկին կնոջը, ով աշխատում է նույն մանկապարտեզում՝ որպես  դաստիարակչուհի, և վերջինիս տատիկին, ով հանդիսանում է մանկապարտեզի տնօրենը: Երեք անձ ճանաչվել է տուժող։

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հայտնաբերվել հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը: Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական, դատագենետիկական, դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություններ:

Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, ինչպես նաև՝ օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ: 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
