Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ընդունել է Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպանին

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը նոյեմբերի 1-ին ընդունեց Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ժոնաթան Լաքոտի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը, որի կազմում էր նաև Վրաստանում Ֆրանսիայի Հանրապետության դեսպանատան ներքին անվտանգության կցորդ Բրունո Բալդյուկը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:
Ողջունելով միմյանց կողմերը բարձր գնահատեցին հայ-ֆրանսիական սերտ համագործակցությունը արտակարգ իրավիճակների և անվտանգության ոլորտում՝ փաստելով, որ այն ունի շուրջ 30 տարվա պատմություն՝ սկիզբ առնելով 1988թ.-ին Սպիտակում տեղի ունեցած մեծ աղետից: Կարևորելով հանրային անվտանգությունն ու աղետներին դիմակայելու ունակությունը՝ կողմերը պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցին շարունակելու և ավելի խորացնելու այս ուղղությամբ տարվող համատեղ աշխատանքները:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին Եվրամիության աջակցությամբ Վրաստանի հետ համատեղ ուսումնավարժանքի կազմակերպման և անցկացման հարցերը: Նախարար Տոնոյանն ընդգծեց, որ նմանատիպ վարժանքները նպաստում են տարածաշրջանում քաղաքացիական անվտանգության և աղետներին դիմակայունության ամրապնդմանը:
Կողմերը անդրադարձան նաև ֆրանսիական կողմի աջակցությամբ հայ փրկարարների վերապատրաստման, կամավորական հրշեջ-փրկարարական ուժերի ձևավորման, աղետների բժշկության և հոգեբանական ծառայության ոլորտներում ֆրանսիական փորձի ուսումնասիրության և համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման հարցերին: Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում անցկացվող Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային օրերին՝ նախարար Տոնոյանը հավաստիացրեց, որ ԱԻՆ-ը ՀՀ ոստիկանության հետ համատեղ կապահովի տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության հարցերը:
Քննարկվեց նաև ֆրանսիական կողմի հնարավոր աջակցությունը տեխնիկական և արդյունաբերական անվտանգության ոլորտներում: ԱԻ նախարարը բարձր գնահատեց ֆրանսիացի փորձագետների մասնակցությունը «Նաիրիտ» գործարանի ռիսկերի ուսումնասիրության գործընթացում՝ նշելով, որ ֆրանսիական կողմի փորձագիտական աջակցությունը «ՎԵՈԼԻԱ ՋՈՒՐ» ընկերության հետ համատեղ օգտակար կլիներ նաև կոյուղաջրերի հետ կապված վերջերս ծագած խնդիրների լուծման հարցում:
Հանդիպման ավարտին կողմեր ևս մեկ անգամ պատրաստակամություն հայտնեցին քաղաքացիական անվտանգության և արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում համատեղ ծրագրերի ընդլայնումը և շարունակականությունն ապահովելու հարցում:
