ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն ժամանակակից տեխնիկայի կարիք ունի

Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեն խնդիրներ ունի ոչ միայն քաղաքացիական, այլ նաև զինվորական քննչական ստորաբաժանումների առումով: Ազգային ժողովում ՀՀ 2018թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Աշոտ Զալինյանը: «Ակնհայտ է, որ քննչական զինվորական ստորաբաժանումները գործում են նաև ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի և հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի ուղղակի հարևանությամբ: Եվ լարված պահերին քննիչները պետք է արագ դեպքի վայր հասնեն, կատարեն քննչական գործողություններ, իսկ այս պարագայում մեզ անհրաժեշտ է ավելի զարգացած քննչական տեխնիկա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Զալինյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ ներկա ժամանակահատվածում քննիչը չի կարող աշխատել նույն տեխնիկայով, որով աշխատել է 10-15 տարի առաջ: «Սա բնական է: Հանցագործությունների թե որակը, թե բնույթը փոխվում է, ուստի հարկավոր է քայլել ժամանակին համընթաց»,- մանրամասնեց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարը:
Նա հավելեց, որ զինվորական քննչական ստորաբաժանումներն ունեն նաև հատուկ նշանակության տրանսպորտային միջոցի խնդիր, որով կկարողանան քննչական գործողությունների համար անհրաժեշտ զենք-զինամթերք և այլ պարագաներ: «Սխալ կլինի ասել, թե այս բյուջեի հատկացումներով մենք կարգավորում ենք ունեցած խնդիրները, սակայն ունենք այն, ինչ ունենք»,- ասաց Աշոտ Զալինյանը:
