21 միլիոն դրամ գետաբերուկների մաքրման համար

Արփի լիճը սնուցող գետերի հուներում՝ գարնանային վարարումների ու սելավաջրերի հետևանքով մեծ քանակությամբ գետաբերուկների կողմից ջրային ռեսուրսների ազատ և անարգել տեղաշարժման խոչընդոտներ են ստեղծվել, որոնց վերացման նպատակով կառավարության որոշման նախագծի ընդունում է անհրաժեշտ:
Նախագիծն արդեն իսկ կա, այն տեղադրվել է Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում: Ըստ որի՝ Արփի լճի ջրամբարը սնուցող գետերի սելավաջրերը գարնան և աշնան ամիսներին առավելագույն քանակով ջրամբար ուղղորդելու նպատակով իրականացվող աշխատանքների համար 2017 թ. պետական բյուջեի կառավարության պահուստային ֆոնդից Բնապահպանության նախարա րությանը 21 միլիոն 700 հազար դրամ կհատկացվի՝ որպես դրամաշնորհ
Արփի լիճը և լիճը սնուցող գետերը գտնվում են «Արփի լիճ» ազգային պարկ» ՊՈԱԿ–ի տարածքում: Նախագծով առաջարկվում է ջրահոսքերի հունի մաքրման աշխատանքները սահմանված ժամկետներում կատարելու նպատակով իրականացնել հենց այս կառույցի միջոցով:
Պարզվում է՝ Արփի լիճը սնուցող գետերի հուներում մաքրման աշխատանքները վերջին անգամ իրականացվել են շուրջ երեսուն տարի առաջ, և այդ ժամանակահատվածում գարնանային վարարումներն ու սելավաջրերը բավականին մեծ խոչընդոտներ են առաջացրել ջրային ռեսուրսների ազատ և անարգել տեղաշարժման համար, ինչն, ըստ նախագիծը մշակողների, կարող է առաջացնել գետերի բնական հուների շեղում և մակերևույթային ջրային ռեսուրսների ոչ ամբողջ ծավալով կուտակում:
Արփի լճի ջրամբարը սնուցող գետերի սելավաջրերը առավելագույն քանակով ջրամբար ուղղորդելու նպատակով ջրահոսքերի հունի 12 կմ երկարության մաքրման աշխատանքները ֆինանսավորելու նպատակով առաջարկվում է 2017 թ. Բնապահպանության նախարարությանը հատկացնել 21 միլիոն 700 հազար դրամ: Մեկ կմ–ի մաքրման աշխատանքը կարժենա 1 միլիոն 808 հազար դրամ:
Նախագիծը մշակվել է Բնապահպանության նախարարության աշխատակազմի և Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի կողմից:
Ըստ նախագծի՝ Արփի լիճը սնուցող գետերի հուներում մաքրման աշխատանքները կնպաստեն հաջորդող տարիներին ավելի մեծ քանակով ջրային ռեսուրսների կուտակմանը և ջրամբարում ջրի մակարդակի ավելացմանը:
